Safelite AutoGlass

Terrible service. You can’t even call the Kalispell Safelite directly it always dumps you into a call center. The rep was confused why the schedule was so far out, but sure enough, the soonest appointment they could give me for a simple chip repair was three weeks away. By then, the chip will almost certainly spread into a full crack. What’s the point of “repair before it spreads” if you can’t get people in on time? Zero urgency, no local accountability, and no real help. I’ll be using a local shop that actually answers their phone and understands what urgent means.

This is THE go to place to have a windshield replaced! From my initial call to rescheduling on line, from reminder texts to being greeted when I walked in - ALL was easy for me and their professionalism was very much appreciated. I was told ahead of time the price, what to expect during and after instillation, and the approximate length of time it would take to complete the process. The tech that did my install, Dan, was nothing short of amazing. I would change NOTHING about this whole experience and would highly recommend Safelite for anyone needing glass work done!!! Yvonne

Ashton the technician was super helpful, responsive, and great at communicating. Very friendly and explained everything well. Called me at the beginning of the day to let me know I was on his schedule. Then called me again when he was leaving the appointment before mine and noted a ETA. I would highly recommend!

Camis made the experience. He instilled confidence the job would be completed professionally and the guarantee would be a lifetime. His work ethic was impeccable. I enjoyed watching him work and he had no problem with that. With Safelite hiring employees like Camis, I would always choose and recommend Safelite.

Safelite did an amazing job on installation of my windshield and installed in a timely manner. We had a wind noise from a previous installer with a different company. Safelite fixed the problem and it’s nice looking through clear glass with no cracks.

The guys in Kalispell were amazing. They completed the repair ahead of schedule and helped me out with wiper blades. Only suggestion I have is the local location needs to have the ability to offer discounts. Currently you have to book online for a discount. It doesn’t make sense. You are not told that until you arrive. While waiting for my repair I watched multiple people asking for a repair with the online advertisement, and told they needed to go online and schedule for the discount. It just doesn’t make sense.
