I won’t go back to this location. I got my windshield replaced here and when I got my car back there were 3 very thin scratches on the new windshield and when driving in direct sunlight it seems to glare in and into my eyes. When I called them back the worker told me to bring it back so he could take a look at it. I brought it back and he apologized and said one of the techs might have missed it and set me up with another appointment and said they would replace it. When I arrived at my next appointment I dropped my car off and received a call from one of the workers and he said he couldn’t find the scratches so I had to go back to safelite to show them where the scratches were. He then tried to blame it on my windshield wipers and I pointed out that I brought back the same day and showed another worker. He then said I was all set to leave the car and they would replace it. I received a call 45 minutes later to pick my car up. The windshield was never replaced. The scratches are still there. It’s like they had me leave and called me a little later to make it seem like they did something with the windshield. As well as some damage done to my windshield area. The paint was scratched where they clearly were working on and the piece under the windshield that is supposed holding down the glass was not secured and has come out.

Got my car back recently and it’s full of glass. I started noticing small pieces on the backseat and tried to be understanding. Maybe things shifted when I drove the vehicle home. However, when I opened my trunk there were shards everywhere, and a pile that had formed in the corner. The installation seems to have been done correctly, but I can’t say I’m not disappointed. **Edit. Owner responded it’s a courtesy… but it’s a curtesy every auto glass replacement company offers. This picture was also taken shortly after I left, so there wasn’t much time for glass to “shift around” in my car. This is pretty close to how your technician left it. They put the tarp I used to cover my car in the trunk and forgot to clean out the glass. I’d have more respect for your business if you had just owned up to that. Reviewed edited from 2 stars to 1.

I went in this morning because I had a small chip on my windshield, about the size of a dime, located on the upper part—roughly 6 inches from the edge. When they saw it, they said, "We have bad news—we can't repair it." I replied, "What are you talking about? I worked for Safelite in France for five years—of course it’s repairable." One of the guys said, “Yeah, maybe in France the tools are different.” I responded, “Are you kidding me? The tools are exactly the same.” Then the other one chimed in, “Well, since it’s near the interior rearview mirror, we might not be able to see it well from the inside.” I shot back, “Seriously? You can see it clearly—I spotted it instantly.” They finally agreed to do the repair, but you should’ve seen their faces—reluctant, like they were doing me a huge favor. Then they added, “You know it’s not going to disappear completely.” I said, “Who cares? I just want resin injected so it doesn’t crack all the way down if I hit a pothole.” As the guy started the repair, he said, “I’ve been working here for six years, and it can still crack someday.” I replied, “And I did this for five years in France—I’ve never seen that happen to me or any of my customers.” Bottom line: they tried to pressure me into replacing the entire windshield. This was a clear attempt to upsell something I didn’t need. Honestly, this country is so profit-driven that even basic services feel like scams. Be very careful with places like Safelite—they were completely out of line.

Had my windshield replaced out of pocket a little under $600 I was at work while the technician was doing my car in my driveway. Came home to see my moldings under the windshield wiper all cracked up and chunks missing. Scratches to both pillars on sides of windshield. Drain trim on roof all bent up clips are broken as well. Poly all over my hood and headlights. Wrote back on the email of my experience of coarse they never reached out!!!!! I’ll never use them again always used the westsprimgfield next to big e but their in my city so figured why not. Technicians don’t care about your property. Glass left all over driveway seats and my hood. If I could give no stars I absolutely would.

These guys were wonderful! A rock cracked my windshield and I was able to make an appointment the next day because they had availability. They seem to get people in and out, which seems to allow them to keep an open schedule for people! When they installed the new one, The Windshield was not calibrating with my sensors in my car, So they got me in again as soon as I could, at my convenience, to replace it for me, only charging the insurance once. they were super friendly and got it done pretty quickly for me. I would return in the future.

Customer service was good until I experienced a problem after the install. About a month after install. the passenger side pillar trim piece flew off on the highway! I contacted them and was told it wasn't their fault and that if it was, it would of happened sooner. Most likely the part was previously damaged or damaged after the install. They even stated that I need to prove that they were the last ones to remove it. Please note, they only reason that part is EVER removed is replace a windshield... That's it... I contacted them through several channels and got the same excuses as to why they are not responsible until finally they said its out of warranty. During this process, I did some research and found that if that pillar is not installed correctly, the vibration from the wind will cause the mounts to eventually crack and break free. After explaining that to them, they fell back on the, "There is no way to prove we were the last ones to remove it." excuse.
