Scheduled glass repair service for a dent in my windshield. Had no idea what to expect as this was a first for me. It was so easy to make an appointment online-I was able to get an appointment within days. The actual service took under 30mins. The waiting area was clean. Everyone I spoke to was friendly and respectful, and my windshield looked better than I thought. I really appreciated the receptionist talking me out of adding new windshield wipers to my service after I told her I had bought my current ones within the last 6 months…rather than pressuring me to add on for extra money. It was a great experience from start to finish!

Fast service, very polite employees and the job was finished in a reasonable amount of time. Very satisfied with the work. Had my rear window in a 2018 subaru outback replaced. Update 3.1.2028 As noted above, work was completed in April 2024. Recently, my car was rear-ended in an accident. The car was taken to a body shop , and they informed me that the spoiler needed to be replaced due to the excessive amount of glue used during the glass install. Safelite warranty services were called, but it was extrodinarily difficult to get in touch with a live person. Eventually, I did I, and it was the manager. The manager said that one of his technicians would go out to the body shop on Friday to look at it. At this time, I am unsure if they did go out there as I have not been updated. When the issue is resolved, I will update my review. Since I do not have a rental, this may be slowing down the process of my car getting repaired quickly. Same day update, Saflite contacted me and are working on resolving the issue. The manager personally went out to my body shop to inspect the part. That's huge, and I appreciate the gesture and the return calls.

Had my windshield replaced on Tuesday 9/20 by a Safelite technician by the name of Luis. He left a 15 inch scratch along the roof where he installed windshield. I noticed the scratch as he was trying to leave, and when asked about it he told me he had taken before pictures and proceeded to tell me that because of my SUV being gray, that you couldn’t see clearly if it was there previously. He showed me all the pictures and there was no scratch on the one shot he had of the roof. I went to the office this morning to have them take a look at the scratch and all of the sudden there’s a new picture at the end of the list, with the scratch put in as a before picture. Anyone with a brain that sees the scratch will know that it is consistent with the installation of a windshield. I wish they would just admit the wrongdoing since I understand accidents do happen. I will not be back ever again and being in the auto body business I will make sure people stay far away.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

They requested Yelp but, um no. But I will tell you I had a great experience there. Did a drop and go... the car was done sooner than expected which was great. Most importantly, I had concerns about my rain auto sensor. And though they couldn't resolve my particular issue, not only did they listen but the tech took the initiative to make calls to dealers to see what could be done. This is what I call true customer service. I would highly recommend this shop. UPDATE: Not sure what they did but my intermittent wipers are now working! 3 weeks they did nothing to help me. First time i waited a week after setting up an appointment , they call me 1 hr before and tell they have no glass. This is not a my problem! Any professional is able to find this glass for 5 minutes. Second, they have schedule a new appointmment in 2 weeks. Today, they came and tell me they could not change my windshield, cause i have a rust under the resin trim and this is company policy blah blah blah. They leave me without a car for 3 weeks, i do not care about any rust , i just need it to be changed. No matter what. This is very unprofessional behaviour. This place had rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful staff. And apparently poor installation. We had a windshield replaced on January 15,2025. We went on vacation Feb 20th for 2 weeks with the car sitting in our driveway clear of anything, a wide open driveway, and a windshield not cracked. When we came home from our vacation, the windshield was cracked from the edge up. Safelite sent out Courtney, and she claimed it was an impact crack. THIS IS FALSE! There was no impact, it cracked due to poor installation. Courtney's supervisor, Tommy, then got on the phone and claimed that their technicians are never wrong and it had to be what she was saying. I am 100% positive this is NOT an impact crack. They insisted that we have to put in another claim. We are currently escalating this through our insurance company , and they have contacted cooperate since Tommy didnt want to do the right thing, as we are not willing to place another claim for poor installation cracks. Shame on this company for not wanting to fix their poor installation job. I will update when we get a resolution.
