If I could give this place zero stars I would. I went to have my front windshield replaced and not only did the technician end up cracking the new one, they returned my car with the rear view mirror removed and lying in the console. Apparently the technician cracked the new windshield while reinstalling the rear view mirror. So their solution was to give me my car back, schedule me for a new windshield and have me driving my car without a rear view mirror for more than a week! They did not charge me for the windshield because they cracked it but to think they thought it was safe and legal to have me drive my car for over a week without a rear view mirror?! Completely unbelievable! And I had to insist they figure it out before they partially reattached the rear view mirror. There are still parts of the rear view mirror that they left in the console and the passenger seat. Never mind the small pieces of glass I found inside the car. I called the headquarters and complained and will certainly not be going back to them or any Safelight for that matter. From my experience their work is shoddy, their technician was unprofessional and they actually created a dangerous driving situation for me. The fact that the new wind screen cracked also begs the question about the quality of the product to start with. Not worth the headache or safety risk in my opinion. Again, I would avoid this place.

Dropped off a 2 month old 2025 Toyota Grand Highlander for a windshield replacement. Scheduling was a breeze. Met with Danny at the front counter and specifically told him that this was a brand new car and wanted the job to be done at a professional level. The car is decked out with heads up display and all the sensors. I work for a dealer and see work from experienced and non-experienced workers every day and I do not put up with low quality work or issues. He assured me he understood and would put his lead tech on it. I said take your time and call me whenever, there no need to rush this as rushing leads to issues. Received a call an hour or two later that it was ready for pick up. Upon arrival the work looked great. Once I got home, I read other reviews and decided to quality inspect everything once again. Absolutely no issues were found and everything looked proper and professional. Our tech, Michael, knew what he was doing and delivered quality, thank you for that! Danny answer all my questions and even called after drop off to verify that the glass ordered was okay, insurance only covers replacement glass and not OEM glass; same brand glass minus the Toyota logo, which we knew. Definitely recommend Michael, the tech, at this location. Based on other reviews, I cannot vouch for other techs.

I hadn’t even received work done yet and got fed up with this company to where I canceled my appointment. Danny was called on Friday, Jan 25 from Mike W. to order a part for my vehicle. On Saturday I receive a call from a female wanting to know what part to order so she order the part at that time. Come Monday, January 27, I get a call from a person who identified himself as Danny to get my vehicle information. He also claims he was just seeing the request on his desk to which I called him out on his lie (Lie #1). What Danny didn’t know was I was standing next to Mike W. when he called to tell him to call in the order. I then ask as confirmation was his name Danny? and he flat out said no. I told him I listen very well and clearly heard him identify himself as Danny ( Lie # 2). He then proceeded to tell me in order for him to call in to request the part, I had to schedule another appointment. He said the part should be in Friday, January, 31. If not we can reschedule. I explained to Danny that I have already taken off from work two days now for this and I am not going to take off a third day for me to get another call to say the part hadn’t come in. I have never heard of such bull to where you can’t place an order for a part unless you schedule an appointment. By this time, I felt Safelite in Columbia were playing games and I lost trust in this company before they had the chance to do any work. Although I scheduled another appointment with them for a second option I immediately called another company who had all the parts that was needed and was available the next day (January 29) to complete the work as well as professional. You’ll never have to worry about me contacting this place again. I rather drive with all my windows broken out before would call again for service. Terrible impression for a first time customer. Update: January 30, can you believe Danny had the nerve to call me again to confirm what I needed for my car again? Unbelievable. I was happy to tell him I cancelled and already got the work done through another company the following day.

Outstanding Service and Quality from Safelite AutoGlass! I recently had my windshield replaced by Safelite AutoGlass, and I couldn't be more impressed! From start to finish, their service was seamless, professional, and efficient. Scheduling an appointment was incredibly easy, and their technician arrived right on time, ready to get to work. The technician was knowledgeable, friendly, and extremely thorough, explaining the process and making sure everything was done perfectly. Not only was the installation quick, but the quality of the new glass was fantastic—it looks just like it did when my car was brand new! The convenience, professionalism, and attention to detail truly set Safelite apart from the rest. I highly recommend them for anyone in need of auto glass repair or replacement!

This was the wrost experience ever we took our truck in to get our window fix it was the most unprofessional installation ever the window wasn't placed properly and they didn't even replace the carpet back after removing the seats and they left materials and the install wasn't a clean job they left the rubber lining hanging out they the window down from the top of the where it was supposed to be placed it was so up setting to see that the lack of professionalism and that didn't live up to a safelite advertising we reschedule from another shop this is not a professional shop for you to take your vehicle disappointed in the lack of service the wrost ever pictures will be shared

Let me start by saying this: my mobile tech, Calvin (Columbia, MD), was PHENOMENAL. He’s the only reason I’m even giving this company any stars at all. Calvin deserves 5 stars, 10 if I could give them. Now let’s talk about the real problem: the customer no-service team. I’ve never experienced such an astonishing lack of care or competence. Every call felt like I was interrupting someone’s cozy day at home. Agents sounded bored, unbothered, and completely disconnected from actually helping customers. No urgency. No accountability. Just a revolving door of confusion. I was bounced around with scheduling issues, constantly shifting costs, and zero clarity. It took over 6 calls, a cancellation (because I was that fed up), and an incorrect reschedule, where they booked me for an in-shop appointment instead of the mobile service I needed, to finally get it right. And let’s be clear, it wasn’t thanks to them. The ONLY reason this got resolved is because Calvin, on his own initiative, called me after noticing the chaos with my appointment. He was professional, communicative, and efficient—everything the “customer service” team should have been but wasn’t. Without him, I’d probably still be stuck in the nightmare of endless calls and empty promises. This company needs to take a long, hard look at its customer service operation because right now, it’s a masterclass in how to drive loyal customers away.
