It was a frustrating experience trying to have my windshield replaced here. The first time I went, they were not able to do it because the windshield they ordered have a scratch. The 2nd time I went back, they were still unable to do it because the people there think there is a problem with my safety cameras but when I went to my car dealership, they said there is no problem at all. What a waste of gas and time. I went to another shop instead.

went to have front windshield replaced. windshield look fine. but my plastic molding underneath the windshield that they removed, left a large gap & left my passenger wiper out of position. go back 2 days later. wiper was put back in correct spot but the gap Brandon(manager) cant fix. he advised me who go to see it anyway. also after speaking to the technician will not return to this location ever. his way of getting my wipers into winter mode was forcing it up. so if you take your lexus to them double check ur wiper arm cause this dont have clue.

Service was fine until my window went off the tracks 4 days after getting serviced. Conveniently on a Saturday when they’re closed and I have to go to work in downtown baltimore at night (yay paying Ubers when I paid a bunch for the convenience of having my window replaced to avoid that.) My technician didn’t clean the broken glass in my car like I thought and $218 for my 2007 Honda accord that could’ve cost me about $100 to replace myself or $160 to go through someplace local. First time user and definitely the last.

So rude and not caring for your vehicle at all... I came here to have my windshield replaced. I already had approval from my insurance to put a new OEM windshield on, but the store manager repaired my Lexus with tapes and glue where they are not supposed to be used. He failed to foul me. When I found out what he did he became extremely rude and yielded at me. Unbelievable! The store is in generally very dirty and messy as well. I've been to 3 Safelite locations and this is the one everyone should avoid.

I went to Safelite to get my windshield replaced due to a small crack that spread into a big branch of cracks. My first appointment, the windshield hadn’t arrived to the shop so I had to take it again the following week. The guy was kind in explaining what happen and apologized. My next appointment the windshield was fixed however the automatic break system in my Honda Pilot could not be calibrated. So if you have a car with an ABS, be prepared to be patient or go to the dealer. My third appointment everything was fixed, calibration and all. I appreciate their patience with my frustration and the consistent communication and working until they got it right.

Scheduling and installation of my windshield using the mobile option was seamless and professional. The tech assigned to my job was Tyree - he stayed in touch, arrived when he said and did an outstanding, professional job working in freezing temperatures for a couple of hours. Tyree walked me through the process and just did a wonderful job. I'm very appreciative of his work product and effort and would highly recommend Safelite for any glass issue.
