Snagged a last minute appointment for an onsite windshield repair. I arrived several minutes early and was seen to promptly; the repair went faster than expected as well. Everyone--from the receptionist to the repair tech--was super polite and friendly! Highly pleased with the service I received!!

Seth came out and replaced and recalibrated my mirrors. I can’t say enough good things about him and his service. In today’s world of poor quality by others Seth took his time explaining everything to me and took pride in his work. Thank you Seth for your dedication and pride in your workmanship. God bless you.

Our window was shattered in the parking lot of a hotel we were staying at for our son’s wedding. Safelite saved the day. Excellent, timely and professional service. I just had a windshield replaced and it went great. The service was fast (took me in right at my appointment time and was done within 2.5 hours) and the service was friendly. The recalibration worked and my cameras are working perfectly. The best part was it was half the price of other places I checked, so I didn’t even have to put in a claim. So far I’m very happy.

I called to have my windshield replaced and they were able to get it fixed the very next day! Seth was my tech and he was great! He arrived early and made sure to communicate with me when he was on his way and when he arrived. He was fast, efficient, friendly and professional. Can’t even tell the glass was replaced! Looks good as new

So about a year ago I had my truck into the dealership ship to have work done on my front quarter panel and windshield replaced from rock damage. I go to pick up my truck from the dealership and the quarter panel looks great. In the top corner of the driver side of the windshield is a very small blemish/ chip in the glass. So I point it out to the guy working. He agrees there is a blemish/ Small chip and goes in the back to follow up on what to do. He comes back out and states we use Safelite to do our glass work so you will have to contact them. I said ok and got the guys name who saw the issue and a number to call Safelite. I call Safelite tell them who I talked to at the dealership explained the issue ect. I get put on hold for a few until someone comes back on the phone and tells me the work was paid for by my insurance company and not me so my insurance company has to be the one to reach out to them. So I did. After a day or two my insurance follows up with me. They told me that Safelite said when they left there was no issue with the windshield and it is on the dealership. I call the dealership and they tell me the truck has not moved since the work has been done that it was not on them. End of story no one took responsibility and I received a windshield with a blemish/ small chip not the end of the world. Then 3 weeks later that chip turned into a small crack. Fast forward a few months and the crack is now big. So I schedule the windshield to be replaced directly with Safelite. They come out and replace it the day I left town for vacation. Come back from vacation and look at the windshield and see a small crack/ blemish and the windshield leaks water. I call them up and tell them. They said they could come out in about a week. I wanted them to come right away before I drove the truck or it rained more but they could not come sooner. So the guy comes out looks at it a week later and says O yeah that's a rock chip. I tell him the truck has not been driven since the replacement and unless so bird was flying over with a rock I don't believe it could be a rock with the truck parked in my driveway facing my house on a subdivision road. He replies I can tell I been doing this for 9 years. I said ok can you explain to me how to tell if it is a rock chip vs a chip from a tool hitting it or a chip from being banged around before being insulted? He looks at me dumbfounded and has no idea what to say. After a second I get well ah ah ah I been doing this for a long time so I can tell. I said yes I understand you are saying you can tell. But what is the differences in a chip that can make you say it was a rock chip / blemish vs any other chip/ blemish that makes you able to tell. He has now realized I was not falling for any of his BS and says we might be able to fill that for you but you would have to set up an appointment and walks off. What a joke. 2 of the 3 windshields I have got from this company where defective / had issues right after being installed. I did have one put in when I was 16 and lived in Rochester Hills over 20 years ago that was great no issues but in the past year the two I got from here are trash and the only thing worse is there customer service when it comes to handling issues and taking responsibility for a bad windshield. I drove the truck today for the first time since the repair after Safelite left and the small blemish is now a small crack. Great. STAY AWAY FROM HERE OR YOU WILL BE POSTING YOUR STORY LIKE ME!
