So I need a new windshield so why not Safelite but I always do my homework first before dealing with somebody new and looking at this business at multiple locations they reviews are terrible and everybody keeps saying the same thing scratches wrong windshield or the adhesive is coming off in poor customer service so I think I'm going to pass and take my money elsewhere the search continues I guess it's true with people say nobody wants to work anymore because your employees can't seem to do their job giving them a paycheck for nothing. Yeah here's some more feedback for you I recommend everybody who's thinking about going here go to Glass Doctor of Livonia I went there perfect service in there reviews online are great definitely check them.

I can't say enough good things about the whole experience. I called the 800 number my insurance company told me to contact for Auto Glass claims. The operator was efficient and courteous and lined up an appointment for me in minutes with this location. (Two other closer locations could not schedule an appointment for at least a week out). Once the appointment was scheduled, I received both a text and email confirming my appointment. I received texts every step of the way, including confirmation on the morning of the appointment, when the work actually started on the car, and when it was completed. Checkout was fast for paying my insurance deductible. One minor thing that could be improved was charging with a credit card. The receptionist had to type my credit card info by hand into the computer screen. A Point-of-sale terminal terminal would have been easier and far more secure (I tend to like to use ApplePay for its superior security and speedy checkout). All of the work, including installation of the windshield and camera calibration was completed exactly when they said it would. They even moved my parks stickers (metro parks and Oakland County Parks) from the old windshield to the new one). The facility was very clean and comfortable, with free water, coffee and snacks. There were numerous tables available to work from if you need to stay. The Public internet was the fastest public internet I have ever seen (I observed 500MB down/ 350MB up from my phone). Highly recommend Safelite and this facility in particular.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

This is the worst company I've ever encountered! They replaced a windshield, and my heads-up display don't work! Now I can't get anyone on the phone! Plus, they have not scheduled a replacement it's been 2 weeks! They had me spend money at the dealership to prove that they put in a bad windshield, and now they won't even answer the phone. If you have a car with Tech, find another company! Looks like I'm going to have to sue them!!!!NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

I had them come replace the glass on an older vehicle 2005. There was some rust damage because of the salty Michigan winters. The tech did the right thing and requested that the car be brought to the shop upon inspecting the damage. They managed to repair the rust and get the window. In. This all happened on a Saturday afternoon. My car was ready by 5 the following Monday. No complaints at all from the team that did the work at the 10 mile location. It's really hard to get ahold of the branches directly. This is by design and pretty annoying, but safelites customer service was quick to answer my questions and connect me with the branches doing the work.

I was driving down the freeway this morning and a rock hit my windshield put a chip mark in the windshield I went over to Safelite auto glass this afternoon in Southfield Mi and when they got done, it looked like nothing never happened special thanks to Renee who waited on me at the counter. She was very professional very polite very courteous and very knowledgeable special thanks to the technician Brian for doing such a Fabulous job keep up the good work that you all do because customer service is very important.

Whoever answers the phone needs some classes on how to talk to people and not mumble every word. Multiple broken trim parts, and they expect me to take off work to come see them so they can see their mistakes. They came out to me to do the windshield, so they should come back out to fix their mistakes. Called the 800 number, and they scheduled someone to come to me. Don't use this location.
