My driver’s side power window was broken, and I went into the shop to get it fixed. When they called, they said it might be both the regulator and the motor that were broken. My appointment was at 8 in the morning, and I ended up being there until 1 in the afternoon. They did not start working on my car until almost 8:45. Because their waiting room has a window into the shop, I was able to see my car being worked on for a few minutes and then abandoned for 30+ minutes while the tech worked on other projects. He eventually came in and told me he replaced the regulator, but the motor needed to be replaced too. But they didn’t have that part so they would need to order it and I would have to come back in. I had this appointment scheduled for 2 weeks, why did they not order the motor just in case, and if I didn’t need it they would have it on hand for the next person? Extremely frustrating! I was then informed that my door handle was broken. The tech took the door panel back off to fix it, and then abandoned it for nearly an hour while working on another car that had just came in. He came back in and said he was unable to get the door open. His only response when I asked him what to do or what would happen next was “I don’t know.” The way the conversation went, I was left thinking they were done working on it and had no ideas or willingness to fix it. I was imagining having to call a tow truck since I could not get in or out of my car. Thankfully, this is not what happened, but the tech was NOT an effective communicator. 2 managers came in and continued working on the car. They managed to get the door open, figured out the problem, explained everything, and offered a temporary solution. A latching mechanism in the door was broken. They were adamant that it could not have been broken by the tech. It is highly coincidental that it was not broken when I dropped the car off, the door was working fine, and it broke on the same side that was worked on!! After 6 hours, I finally left with a broken door and a still broken window. In case you think the story is over, it’s not!! I took the car to a dealership to fix the door latch and replace the window motor. They then said I needed a new regulator, because the one Safelite had put in was used!!!! I went back and looked at all the documents they gave me and nothing said anything about it being a used part! So I had to pay to get the regulator replaced AGAIN! All of this to say, unless you want to be out 6 hours of your life and $1,300 to a dealership, don’t use this Safelite location!!!!

They cancelled my repair 3 different times within 2 weeks. The first time, I stayed home from work so that they could work on my car in my driveway. I waited 5 hours for my technician to show up and they never did-- so I called and they were like 'oh, your glass never came in' and they just weren't gonna tell me I guess. I finally just dropped off my car today since they kept cancelling the mobile service, and I've been waiting to get it back since 9:00AM (it's 3PM). 2 hours ago someone told me it'd be done in 30 minutes, I finally called again after not hearing anything and they were like 'I don't know who told you that' and wouldn’t give me a time estimate. Extremely frustrating. I've been driving around with no window in December for almost 3 weeks now when it was originally scheduled to be repaired 2 days after my break in. I do not recommend Safelite.

Our technician, Trisha, gets 5 stars! She was professional and friendly; got right to work and replaced our windshield with minimal interaction from us. We appreciated her attention to detail and efficiency. She was great!!! I gave a 4 star rating only because the process of setting up the appointment was a little frustrating. Their automated sytem kept hanging up on me after a 3-5 minute hold. Took 5 calls before I was finally connected to their central appointment call center. The representative couldn't find my ref# in their system. Didn't accept it until my insurance company provided the same number. Additionally, I think they overbook their technicians. They should allow more time between appointments to shorten the 4 hr window.

Well… the glass looks nice, but the glue is super visible and looks terrible!!! Not to mention they put interior plastic from the back hatch on the asphalt parking lot and both sides are scratched up… Honestly, it’s unbelievable and I’m worried it’s going to leak because the glue is so bad. Glue pic attached…. Hard to find glass repair places - I will still use Safelite but disappointed this time. Update: Have appointment Saturday and they sound willing to help fix the issues. Washed car and is doesn’t leak - yahoo! Update: Safelite fixed all the mistakes!! They ordered a new back panel and it looks great! No more rattling and the glass looks great too - fixed the glue runs!!! So happy I pointed out the issues - Joshua on Corrington was more than happy to help get things done right!!!

Recently had a couple auto windshield chips/cracks repaired by Safelite AutoGlass. Am so glad this was another great experience from my initial call for service to tech arrival to work completion. Was a little concerned about quality of repair in lieu of window replacement, but this looks great. Can barely see where repairs were made. I am one more than satisfied customer.. again.. and would recommend Safelite to anyone who needs vehicle glass repair or replacement. They even worked directly with my insurance, and it didn't cost me a dime outta pocket. Great job well done. Thanks!

Everything was quite simple and easy, from coordinating the service to after the service. The technician communicated with me and explained the process briefly, and upon arrival, he explained in detail what he was going to do. It took him about 10 minutes to complete the work, and then he showed me the results, explaining everything. Everything was very professional, and the technician knew exactly what he was doing. Excellent work.
