Promised to install the glass only in my 2024 Ford Bronco with out the calibration since this camera mounted in housing holding the rear view mirror. Call center clearing stated no problem upon re-scheduling my appointment for July 10 8am. Installer Madison arrived at 8am only to tell me the call center lied to me. She contacted her manager who stated same and would not let her install the windshield after I left home 1 1/2 hours early to meet at my work. Received follow up call Friday from "call center" to reschedule the replacement. Explained the facts, guy appeared sincere, said they could have just replaced the windshield. He was going to dig in a bit and re-contact me since he clearly said under the "pilot program" he called it, they could have just replaced the windshield. Still waiting. I still need the windshield too! ken Update, all that sincere lip service with no call or follow up!! Today is 7/22/25....

Vehicle received a dent in the back door while getting worked on and vehicle was left dirty with glass inside on dash on shifter on seats and floor. I would not recommend this particular location. I really feel they act as if they are paying you and not the other way around. I hope this truthful review is found by people who care for the vehicles that they own. I feel they don’t care and rush to make a profit. The dent is what really makes me angry as my vehicle was dent and blemish free. I could deal with cleaning the glass fragments out of vehicle.

Had an appointment on 7/8/25 at 2:30 in the afternoon so I asked them if I could drop it off and they said yes. Dropped it off that morning and they call me at 9:30 Or so saying that it is complete. That's awesome wasn't expecting it to be ready. That's the good part. The bad part of it that there were pieces of the old gasket all over both front seats, part of the rear view mirror wasn't properly fixed and I open the center console that I don't use for anything I find a broken piece of the cowl that covers the wipers. Go in today to ask them about it they said i don't know how that got in there and it was broke before I gave it to them. Told me that had pictures saw one picture that was about the size of my hand. So I don't know if that was taking before or after. So if anyone uses safelite in ofallon mo take videos or pictures of your car before you leave the property. Now have spend more $ to fix a part that was done by them. Do your research. Won't be back that's for SURE

Safelite is not the same anymore. I had them come out to repair two chips in my windshield while I was at work. The technician called to let me know he supposedly found a third chip. It was on this third chip that he cracked my windshield and now I must replace it. When your policy is the customer is responsible when you crack their windshield, who is to say sometimes it's not intentional. If your policy was Safelite would replace the windshield for free, then I bet y'all would make sure you are doing the very best job. I am disappointed in safelite auto and will never use them again! Now I have to pay for a whole new windshield when all I wanted was to repair the two chips. The tech left a full can of glass cleaner under my front tire, that I could've run over. I emailed them about this issue and they are claiming to not be at fault because they state in their disclaimer that this can happen. My issue is the fact I was not outside with the tech to see this alleged third chip and it was this third chip that cracked my windshield. It honestly looks like he cracked my windshield when there wasn't a chip there to begin with.

I had a great experience with the technician name Joseph from Safelite AutoGlass who worked on my 2017 Jeep. From the moment he arrived, he was incredibly friendly, professional, and easy to talk to. He took the time to explain the process clearly and answered all my questions with confidence, which really showed how knowledgeable he is about his work. The job was done efficiently and with great care, and he made sure everything was clean and in perfect condition before he left. I truly appreciate his expertise and excellent customer service.

Absolutely terrible customer service. I have been trying for several weeks to get my windshield replaced and safety features recalibrated. They have canceled two appointments that were scheduled weeks in advance. Cheyenne the manager was worthless and no help to expedite rescheduling. Basically get back in line and we might get to you. I rescheduled with another company. RUN away from this shop. No one is accountable or remotely interested in taking care of customers. .
