If I could give zero stars I would. I set my appointment on 9/7 for 9/26. An hour and a half after dropping my car off, I get a call from a female tech stating that she had called and left a message earlier (I received no calls) that my part was not in, and they wanted to reschedule. She told me the new appointment date was 9/29, but when I checked it was 9/28. I rescheduled my appointment for 10/2 as that date worked better for me. I dropped my car off in the lot the night before and waited on 10/2 for an update. I called at 3:30pm, and the main tech apologized and said they still don’t have my part in and that a team member was supposed to reach out to me. Never received any phone calls. I was also told that a manager would reach out to me on 10/3 to discuss the situation. As expected, I received no phone call. I put in a quote elsewhere and got an appointment scheduled immediately for two days later at a convenient time. I will never recommend safelite again. Your poor communication ruined my experience.

I would not use this location. Paint on the roof of my car was removed during windshield installation (about 3”x3” square) from their tape. When they gave me my car back after the windshield installation, they showed me the damage and wouldn’t put anything about it on the service report until I convinced them to reprint it acknowledging the damage. I have been into contact with their customer service to get paint fixed but and been promised twice that the manager of the location would return my call to fix my paint - been 3 weeks and my paint is trashed on my roof and I haven’t heard from anyone at safelite. If i could them zero stars i would. this safelite location is the worst one i have ever been to. I had to go to this place 3 times and still couldnt get my windshield fixed. Everytime i would get the run around (the windshield wasnt the right size, etc). Finally they said they would come to my house to install the windshield. On the day of, they call me to tell me they had to cancel. After this, i informed my insurance company and they set me up with a different shop. This location is unprofessional and I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.

I wanted to share my experience with this Safelite location. I originally had a rather large crack in my Model 3 windshield and my original appointment was scheduled for a weekday and when I arrived I found out that it may take 3-4 hours due to having to recalibrate my camera system and so I had to reschedule. While inconvenient, I understood so I scheduled it for a week later. That newly scheduled appointment ended up not working out, either, due to inclement weather so we postponed a week further. Once I came in for my appointment, I was promptly greeted and given updates on my replacement service throughout the morning and then just picked up my car and the windshield looks amazing! They also cleaned my mirrors and vacuumed out the inside as an extra touch. I’d highly recommend this location if you are willing to be patient and remember these are humans doing the best they can. Sometimes things don’t always work out perfectly the first time but that’s life! I’m just thrilled with my service and experience here so go give them your business!

Very poor experience with auto glass service. We had signed up online for a repair/placement service which was our first mistake. Note that when you use their online or in app experience it is only for repair services, there is no option for replacement, however they will happily walk you through the cost for a replacement and even contact your insurance company to understand your windshield replacement deductible. When I arrived I was greeted relatively soon, the front desk person took my keys and set up for the service. I waited while their technician walked out to my vehicle a returned soon after. He said "we can't fix that" and tossed my paperwork on the counter. I asked if we could replace it and he turned and walked out the door for a smoke without saying anything. I looked back to the front desk attendant and I again asked if we could get it replaced. He said something while looking at the computer screen, and I tried to follow up asking what he said and he hushed me and said he was on a phone call. After talking to the person and taking 2 more phone calls I was deemed worthy to speak with the front desk attendant where he told me the replacement would be 2 weeks out at the earliest for. This was about 20 minutes into being there and I told them I would find someone else. Called another company and they got my replacement done at my home within 3 days of calling and inside of 50 mins. This company is clearly too busy and too important for your business. I would look elsewhere. Plenty of much better operators in the Twin Cities who are happy to have your business. Work with them instead.

I am so very thankful for the service I received! My car was broken into and my front passenger window was completely smashed in and my windshield was cracked for good measure. There was glass inside EVERYWHERE. My insurance made the appointment for me on Monday when the incident happened. I dropped of my car Thursday at 7am for the appointment, and it was completed in less than two hours that same day! The glass looks wonderful and they even got all the itty bitty pieces that were in my fur seat covers. This was a very stressful situation for me that was made a breeze. I’m so very thankful!
