Online price quoted $400 with the VIN entered for the specific vehicle. Final cost was over double ($800) as we were told there are extra sensors needing to be recalibrated - the vehicle is the standard manufacturers package. Disappointed that the total was double the cost with no forewarning. Two stars as it does appear to be quality work and for quick scheduling.

Horrible, horrible experience with Safelite. The technician who came had NO IDEA what he was doing. He spent the first 45 minutes cursing and profanity; all within hearing distance of my young children. He failed to clean up the broken glass in the vehicle. Do NOT choose this company!!! If your insurance forces you to use them, get a different insurance company. I’d give minus 5 stars if I could.

Good company with great employees. They seem to care about their work and their customers. Very knowledgeable especially about the new safety features on new vehicles. As a disabled person who drives an adaptive van from a wheelchair the technician was able to work with me to recalibrate the vehicle after service. Never had any doubt it would be done right.

Went here a few years ago for windshield replacement through my insurance. The replacement happened in a decent amount of time, however, the new windshield wasn't installed well. The gasket was loose a few months later. I called to take advantage of their lifetime warranty, however they would not cover the damage caused by the gasket flapping in the wind against my roof (rubbing and paint damage). The tech came out and just added more sealant. Now today I have another replacement through another company and learned the side wasn't fully sealed either. Thankfully I don't see any water leaking in or anything like that, but the quality of the install was poor and their willingness to correct the issue properly was non-existent.

I am sooooooooo disappointed in the customer service. Safelite lacks incredibly. I’d give no stars if I could. I’ve called and called and called. No answer from a person. Only a recorded voice that doesn’t help. You replaced my windshield and it is literally coming undone. I can’t access help because I can’t get a hold of anybody to get help

Service and tech are great! Receptionist who answered the phone is rude. I just wanted to know if I could get a narrower window of time as to when the tech would be arriving . All she would say (in a snide, condescending tone) is “between 8 and 5”. I knew that much! When I asked if they text or call before arriving she just rudely replied that that’s up to the tech. Hopefully she was just having an off day and doesn’t treat everyone like this!! So sorry to have asked her to do her job.
