Didn’t have an appointment but was recommended to go here by my insurance agent. Maria at the front was my first impression of the whole establishment and she was friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. I knew as soon as I started speaking to her that I made the right choice in stopping in. Angel Q took a look at my windshield and thankfully it was something that could be repaired and I wouldn’t need to have the whole windshield replaced. They were able to squeeze in around other appointments and offered me water, tea or coffee while I waited. The waiting room was very inviting and super clean. The chairs were quite comfortable and the repair didn’t take long at all. I feel good knowing that they were able to fill the chip and that my vehicle is safe from further issues. Super thankful to everyone at this location and although I hope I don’t have to come back any time soon, I am definitely going to recommend this location if anyone I know ever runs into this issue in the future.

What a frustrating company, it's impossible to get person on the line. I made an appt they accepted my insurance knew what kind of car, make and model. The guy came to our house on a Sat said o I thought this is the special rubber molding we need to order it will take a week. Now I'm just trying to confirm I keep getting a hold of this rude lady at the American Pacific location in Henderson I think she's rude but I guess she's overworked and it's my problem. If your insurance is paying go to your dealer or a smaller shop where you feel they appreciate your business and your not a number or nussace.

The window install was fine. But, the woman checking people in named Maria (strong NJ/NY accent) needs to work alone in a room. She is the rudest person. When I first arrived, I told her my name and she told me you don’t have an appointment and I go yes I do and I started showing her my phone with the confirmation then she told me I canceled your appointment! Because you didn’t confirm back when I called you. I tried telling her that her message clearly stated that if she didn’t receive a call back that she would consider it CONFIRMED!!!!!! We even overheard her call at least 10 people and tell them the same exact thing on the phone that she told me in my voicemail. So how is she contradicting herself by saying that if you don’t call me back, I will consider the appointment confirmed. So really was there a reason to cancel my appointment!?!?!?! She canceled my appointment twice actually during the week! I had to reschedule because of an emergency, but luckily, if that happens to you just go right back on the website and reschedule! She kept speaking over me she even stood up and acted like she wanted to fight the way she was speaking and yelling. The entire room full of people heard her and she was throwing her hands up in the air, literally getting red in the face because she was that mad! Then she caught herself after she said that they might not have my window and she went and checked and she came back and she was calm again. She’s going to do that to the wrong person one day. My auto insurance company directed me to SafeLite for windshield damage. A replacement was required. The entire process from placing the claim to picking up the car was efficient, professional and easy. The initial claim was taken over the phone and an appointment set at a convenient location. Maria, the Receptionist was genuinely helpful, extremely efficient and very nice. As windshields are now integrated with safety technology, I was assured the work would be done by a certified service technician and fully tested. Two reviews in one here: 5 stars for the location, 1 star for Safelite company pricing (which I know is not this location’s fault). 5 stars for the location. I needed a windshield replacement; my insurance covered it. All the staff were friendly and knowledgeable, no complaints. I even called a few weeks later with questions about something else and they were super helpful. 1 star for company pricing: Fast forward 8 months later. I bought a new car; a rock chipped my windshield within 10 minutes on the drive home with it :( A quote online for a chip repair with Safelite was $165! WTH! I went to Fast Glass instead, $50 and they did a great job. The moral of the story is that Safelite prices are ridiculous unless your insurance is covering it, like every insurance fraud (health or car) out there. But this location does a good job.

This Safelite auto glass replacement was excellence in motion! They got me in and out of there in less than 45 mins! I'm so happy with their kind service and the windshield is amazing! The crack split in my old windshield was so distracting in my vision it kept catching the sun and flashing laser beams in my eyes. I just couldn't stand it! I'm so glad I got it replaced! And they have good service people from the gal on the phone to the gal at the desk to the 3 guys who worked together on my car and were such nice helpful people.
