This place is awful. First they lie because they can't come to the beach because everything needs to be calibrated now. So you can't watch the tech put your window in. I left with a big chip out of my car where you can clearly see where they had issues. The window edge is chipped and molding is out of place right where the chip is. I hand wash my car so I know all marks. They take a video before they work on the car and you can clearly see no mark in that area prior to them working on it. Their solution is to give you touch up paint and deny they had any issues. Trying to tell me it looked like a rock chip... very unprofessional service and quality. Take video of the whole area around your wondow before you hand them the keys, unless you don't mind a scratch or paint chip here or there... then almost 2 months to get paint... I will definitely not use them again..

Safelite the company has always seemed to peek my interest whenever I would see their commercial on TV. But I never needed them until recently. Let me say my experience was awesome with Zach (the technician)!!! If every company had their employees behave and give customer service like Zach did….This world would be a better place!!! Zach deserves a rise!! & if I could have tipped him I would of given him a BIG tip!! Zach was polite and very clean cut!! Zach explained everything to me, answered all my questions (even if the questions may have been obvious lol). He was on time and kept in touch with me throughout the whole process!! Safelite most definitely has a permanent customer (if all their technicians are like Zach!!) Thank You again Zach for everything! You are an amazing person and I appreciate your service and kindness!! People like himself are hard to find in today’s society!! Keep up the terrific work!!! May the universe be on your side!

Scheduling an appointment online was easy enough. I had some questions, however, and couldn't find a local phone number to speak with a human, which was frustrating. I didn't have a ride to leave the store once I dropped off my vehicle, so I brought my laptop and planned to stay all day. When I arrived, Chris (the manager, I believe) told me they were really busy that day and she felt bad I was going to have to sit around. I explained that I couldn't find a way to speak to a human nor was I given the option online to indicate that I would be waiting. She managed to change around the schedule, and I was out in less than two hours. Overall, a very good experience. It would have been nice to have direct contact with a person instead of just going through the online robo-responses or generic phone prompts.

I had a great experience with SafeLite Auto Glass from start to finish. Scheduling through my insurance was quick and hassle-free. I appreciated how easy the process was and how well-organized the communication felt from the very beginning. The technician was excellent. He called ahead of time to confirm and gave me a heads-up right before arriving. He was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and got the job done quickly. The experience smooth and stress-free. I’d definitely recommend SafeLite to anyone needing auto glass repair or replacement.

My windshield suffered damage on Saturday. Made an appointment for a replacement on Tuesday approx. 8:45 am. Convenient, easy to find location, huge signage, and plenty of parking lot space. I was greeted immediately and invited to leave the car or sit in waiting area. They had lots of current magazines! My technician was Robert, in the event I had any questions. My windshield was expertly replaced, all the appropriate stickers were perfectly realigned and the camera was recalibrated. All before 10:20 am. Thank you Safelite Auto Glass! 🎃 🧙♀️🚘

Buyer beware! They have NO intent to follow up on their warranty. Windshield replaced on March 11, 2024. July 3, 2024, 4 PM, the new windshield cracks turning on a town road, no other vehicles in sight. Immediately called to report the crack to make sure it was covered under warranty and their phone system hung up on me, told me to go to the website. Crack continued to get worse. Got vehicle in July 15, 2024 for repair and they claimed there was a chip in the crack that could mean it was hit by a rock that caused it, thus voiding the warranty. Just as likely the weakened glass was more susceptible to chipping after it cracked because they refused to answer their phone when I called while I was right down the street from them immediately after the crack happened. When I pointed out the windshield was less than 4 months old, they said new windshields get cracked all the time and offered to take down my insurance information. Thieves!! Take your business elsewhere or risk getting taken advantage of!
