Safelite AutoGlass

Wow,there are not enough stars for safelite auto glass. To say 2 days ago I found a cracked windshield in my truck ,I love my truck, long story I've been extremely sick had prostate surgery and whipple surgery and now chemotherapy am 70 years old and on social security I was worried about how much cost to replace it. But to my surprise safelite was there for me at a low cost replacement windshield omg thank you for being there for me. God bless safelite and thanks ALVIN YOU DID A GREAT JOB.

Through no fault of Safelite, it took my scheduling and re-scheduling an appointment to have the windshield in my car replaced four times - due to rainy weather and a parent's passing. When it was finally replaced I can tell you that every member of Safelite with whom I had contact was friendly and polite and they went over and above to provide excellent service. I am very pleased with them!

So far not good hopefully it improves Monday. I was told needed to talk with owner . Have tried for a couple days now. He has my number and I guess is to busy. Hopefully we can schedule job on Monday and we will be go. Had a little rust smaller then a pencil eraser still solid metal couldn't do so we welded some metal in. Trying to get approval. Maybe he will call from this post

Great service- unfortunately I had to bring my vehicle to the shop due to multiple cameras needing to be collaborated after the windshield was replaced. They were prompt, kept me informed the entire appointment, the waiting area was clean and comfortable and the repair was completed much quicker than anticipated. Highly recommend!

Amazing service from top to bottom. A nasty storm blew in and left me with a chip in my windshield. The next morning it was super cold and it resulted in a long crack and the following morning it was basically from the passenger side all the way to my window stickers! I called my insurance company and they directed me to Safelite since I have glass coverage through them. I wish I remembered the representatives name that scheduled my appointment- she was so fast, thorough and even sounded empathetic to the situation! She scheduled me on the soonest day AND the re-calibration of my crash detection system for that Monday! My technician, Benjamin, called before he got here with a estimate for arrival, called when he got here so I could run out the key, explained everything in detail (but not in a overwhelming amount ) I went inside- he finished the windshield super fast , gave me the tips and tricks to avoid for the next day+. He left my car clean (no dirt or grime from boots or hands) and even left my seat and mirror in the perfect places - even though the crash detection needed to be calibrated after a drive, and he was definitely not as short as me. And the mirror was even removed during the replacement and was still in the right spot! No fidgeting with my seat and mirrors for days to get them right! Over all amazing interaction from my insurance, to the Safelite rep and then the technician on site. Wonderful company, powered by even better employees!
