This is the place to go for power window repairs. I initially wanted to fix it myself but I quickly realized I was in over my head. I held it up with tape while I waited for the regulator to come in.They kept me up to date on when the part would be in. guys even cleaned the adhesive off the window for me and they were funny. Got a chip on my new ride coming across I-80 on a Sunday. Called my insurance agency on Monday to find out if covered. It was with a $0 deductible since only a chip not a crack. ($500 deductible if had cracked & the cost could've been in the $228-278 range I believe if it did need a new windshield). So Wednesday I was able to make time in my day called their Insurance Companies Autoglass repair number around noon, got scheduled for 2:30 and was back on the road before 4PM with a barely noticeable dot from the chipped area, and a warranty on the repair. Great service, would recommend if you have a chip to give them a chance to fix it before the chip begins to spider out.

My husband went in to get his windshield repaired and the person behind the counter gave him a hard time about everything. All the paperwork for insurance and anything else that was necessary was put right in front of the guy, but he was very rude, so my husband left and will take his business else where. The bummer part; I was being taken on a birthday getaway for 7 days and now we are delayed.NegativeProfessionalism

The whole project was a BREEZE! My insurance booked my appointment with Safelite, and two days later (weather was poor or it would have been sooner) Stephen was at my door. He handled everything, and I mean everything! I handed him my keys, opened the garage door, and he took care of everything else for me. Full replacement took less than an hour, and I didn’t have to leave the house. Will use them again for sure!

Safe Lite might come to you and do a good job, but I went with a business in Hubbard, OH called Just Auto Glass. They were $200 dollars less and had it done that day. With the price of gas and other things, $200 dollars in my pocket was a blessing. Don, the owner, was a good guy and I would go back and recommend him anytime. If you need the options Safe Lite provides, go for it.. If you don't have glass coverage, call Just uto Glass in Hubbard.

After discussing all the safety features on our windshield the technician assured us that there would be no problem replacing windshield only to find out after they replaced it that we would have to take it to the dealership to calibrate. WE DO NOT RECOMMEND SAFELIGHT AND WILL NEVER RETURN. Major inconvenience and should have gone to the dealership in the first placeServicesAuto windshield replacement
