took my 2025 telluride in for a small chip dim size or less the guys asked me for my keys and 20 min of my time after about 20 min another guy came out and said sorry the window is broken even more from me digging at the crack you need a full windshield now and it's 100% at my coast not theirs I said why would you not tell me their was a chance to break it more and that it's on me if you do no paperwork to sing nothing just took keys damaged window and told me to leave because I'm upset the big window repair giant now let's hear what the manager that don't even like to get up out of his seat has to say on hear I see many others saying you don't explain anything not just me don't go hear. untill I am helped with this issue I'll be posting everyday about this dis service and I'll make it my job to let others know their is a scam going on hear to sale full windows instead of helping customers!!! remember cause I do you took my keys you said it will take 30 min and said sorry I can really hear much I got a buissness meeting going on in my ear pulled your ear buds out took my keys that was it I hope if your company don't replace the windshield your ready to swear to it under oath UPDATE - So far we went threw the better buissness bureau. Safelite has now gotten a negative review their as they can not prove why they don't give you the terms of their services before they work on your vehicle. I'd like to add in agin this manager conducted our intake while on a job meeting with earpods and this was also told to the bbb when we got a response to a district manager reaching out he called a week later to tell me we should know the rules of a chiped windshield being worked on and their not willing to offer any assistance thin he told me they just so happen to have a customer that called in and said they heard the whole conversation and the manager did say it mind you it was me and one other lady in there with headphones in I belive she was some sort of friend to him because I asked her if she heard him speak those words to me and she said sorry I did not and showed me her ear phones so when this goes to court witch im sure it will for the windshield and the court coast and missed work I garantee they will not go in their and lie. I do not recommend this company to anyone who wants fair treatment

They got me in pretty last minute due to my windshield not sealing. I got my windshield replaced in 2022 and it was covered under warranty. They fixed my issue quickly and everyone was super helpful. They have WiFi and a place to work so you can wait for your car. I really like Safelite as a company and this location is very nice and has great employees.

I went to go pick up and drop off my brother at Safelite. There are other businesses as well. The office is actually around the back. The staff was professional and the facility was clean. If you are getting service here and waiting for your car, you want to bring a snack or food because it's around lots of warehouses.

The employees were nice and courteous and the waiting room was clean and had plenty of seating but if you plan to use the free Wi-Fi that is available in the lobby plan to bring your own hotspot because the download speed was less that 1Mbps which is not suitable for most remote work scenarios.

Saved me a bunch of money, extended insurance coverage such a waste, windshield was leaking would not cover it, however if the water running into the on board computer caused a failure that would have been covered. The shop got me in fast and was able to reset my windshield without replacing. Fast, and efficient, not at all like the people at Auto Boutique.
