Their website was easy to navigate in order to make an appointment, and then we received confirmations and reminders via our email. Ian (from the Brunswick, Ohio location) was our technician and was incredibly professional and friendly via a phone call and in person, as well. What a great company representative you have on your hands. He is an incredible asset to your establishment. We would do business again with your location in a heartbeat!

Great experience. They were on time (early actually but called first to make sure that was okay) and friedly. They repaired the windshield and recalibrated everything in a couple hours. Setting up the appointment was easy, too, and the lady setting up the appointment was knowledgeable, knew to get all the details to make sure they had the correct windshield. Would definitely use them again.

No state tax between Aug 8 thru 14 on everything. I was charged over 30.00 in state tax. No direct number to call service center. All in calls go thru call center or I have to drive 15miles to revisit. Service was great. Few dirty hand marks on the white clothed front window molding. My 3rd window replacement, first at this center. Only other concern is non OEM glass was used. Off brand glass installed. My car was broken into and they smashed out the back passenger window. My insurance company recommended I call Safelite AutoGlass to replace the window. I scheduled online. It was a pretty easy process. I had several notifications about my upcoming appointment and who my technician will be with a phot of my Technician, Tom. Which made me feel very safe knowing who to look for. Tom called ahead before he headed my way. Tom & his Assistant, Justin were extremely professional, courteous, and so kind. They answered all the questions I had. Explained they process of what they were doing along the way. They replaces my rear window glass quickly and thoroughly cleaned up all the glass. I had semi truck throw a rock at my windshield and needless to say I needed a new one. My insurance got me set up with Safelite and they did not disappoint! Justin was my service guy and he did an awesome job! He was very personable, knowledgeable, professional and just a really nice guy all the way around. Service was fast and easy! I can't recommend and thank Safelite and Justin enough!!

I would not recommend this company at all or at least this location. Quick response, but the windshield was distorted and told me it is standard on all cars. However my original windshield was not,so they did replace from another vendor and no distortion. They also replaced my wipers only to have one fly off about a month later in the middle of a snow storm that I had to get replaced by another company so I could see to drive home from work! Thank God I was not on the highway! Took the wipers back to them after waiting more than a week and no response from this location. Was told they would credit us back the money for the wipers. No credit, but a debit from our bank account for the original cost of the entire repair! Over $400! When questioned the response was oh that's how we do it, we credit the full amout back then charge the amount minus the return. That was never explained and what BS! Said he would have to make some phone calls to try to get it corrected. I don't expect a satisfactory outcome based on the experience and communication so far. Safelite, DO BETTER!
