I would recommend Safelite. CJ was the tech that replaced my front windshield. He called me about 8am to let me know he would be there at noon. He was early and So Friendly and Polite. He was very clean and very Professional and Yes ladies he was Very Handsome. I felt bad because he had to come to my place of employment and replace the window outside in the cold. Thank Goodness the sun was shining. He said his company provides them with warm clothing so they can do their jobs. He was well groomed and Carharts very clean. He asked me if I wanted my wipers changed and I said no as I had just had them changed a couple weeks ago. He was very Careful with my vehicle and everything he did. Was a GREAT EXPERIENCE!! He explained about not washing the vehicle for at least 2 days but make sure I wash it within 2 weeks to check for any leaks. If I have any issues at all he said just call us and we will take care of them. I scheduled an appointment and they said the soonest they could be there was Friday (2 days after I called). Then I get a text Thursday night saying they can no longer do it and I needed to call and reschedule! So I rescheduled for Monday 2 WEEKS LATER because that was the soonest they could fix it. That’s just crazy! I canceled my appointment and went elsewhere and got it fixed in 30 minutes the day I called. Never using safelite again

Dwayne impressed me. He made a good catch the day before my appointment, noticing that my car required a trim piece that had to be special-ordered. He ordered it and made sure I got rescheduled. When we arrived at Safelite Huron, the parking lot was clear of snow and ice. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. My windshield wasn't cracked or chipped, but hard to see out of in very bright conditions (sun, oncoming headlights at night). He figured out the problem right off, it was scratched. He was professional, capable, and friendly. He treated my 19-year-old car with TLC, and it was returned to me cleaner than I left it, the interior vacuumed and all the windows washed. He went over the standard cautions and warranty coverages and answered all my questions. I give Dwayne five stars for his attention to detail and outstanding customer service. I love my new windshield and highly recommend Safelite Huron and Dwayne.

Easy to schedule windshield repair with one quick phone call. The scheduler was pleasant and accommodating. Received text updates. The Tech, Marcus, was professional and personable and had called me early in the 4 hour window to let me know he wouldn't be available to get to me until later in that timeframe to make sure he wasn't going to mess up any other appointments I might have that day. Marcus completely removed my windshield and installed a new one in about an hour and went over the dos and don'ts for the next 48 hours. When we completed the transaction, pleasantly, the bill was under the quoted price. What a great first experience with SafeLite it was!! Would highly recommend. Thank You SafeLite! The appointment was easy to book, the in-person service was very polite and professional, and their work was completed perfectly. I had one question about the wipers post-completion, and they went out of their way to make sure things were right and I was satisfied. Great experience, all the way around.
