Rude and very unhelpful! I booked online for a drop & go appointment. I received texts and emails to drop my car off by 9:30 a.m. and to expect to pick up my car between 4pm and 5pm. I called at 4pm because I had heard nothing from them and they had not even started on it. I was told it would be another 1 to 1.5 hours. After I got off the phone I finally got a text that they were just starting on my car. So would they have even taken care of my car if I hadn't called? We got there at 5pm and when my husband went in he was told another 20 minutes or more before it would be ready. We waited til 5:15 before I decided to go in as we had another appointment 30 minutes away at 6pm. I went in to find out how much longer but they couldn't tell me anything because the tech was out driving it around trying to calibrate the windshield. I asked them repeatedly to call the tech and have him bring it back and I would take it to the dealership later this week to have that done as they had already confirmed they could. They refused my request to have my car returned to me. Also they kept telling me that I was not an appointment and simply a drop and go. I said I understand that I did not book an appointment and sit here and stare at you for the entirety but that shouldn't negate that I had a drop and go appointment as stated in my multiple emails and texts I've received. I didn't expect to jump the line on all the people that were waiting there when I got there but at least be squeezed in throughout the day and be able to pick my car up between 4-5 pm as was told to me in email, text and when I dropped it off by the person at the desk. I told them it was ridiculous that this is what they do all day and they should know how long my appointment should approximately take. If they cannot accommodate their scheduled appointments for specific times as well as drop and go clients who are a little more flexible then they shouldn't offer that service at all but that I'm just as important and am paying just like those other customers for their services. I know there are other locations and I would highly recommend using one of the other ones.

Recently had windshield replaced. Parts are missing from the car (parts of the cowl) the windshield washer hose was broken and not fixed. The cowl is only being held on by 2 clips guess they broke the rest and said oh well. The wipers randomly started turning on and will not turn off. There was supposedly an extra part that came with the window I'm guessing it was actually needed so that the cowl didn't flap and slap on the window while driving as it does now. Im now having to source parts and try to fix all that was broken damaged or missing after taking our car in. I don't dare take it back for more parts to be broken or misplaced as it was already a long drive the first time. We drove roughly 90 miles to have this service if I had known what I was getting I would have gone to a salvage and gotten a windshield and done it myself at least I can remember to put back what I take off.

Not only is this place the most expensive, but the service is terrible. I made an appointment online to have my car’s windshield replaced—it gave me a set price. But when I showed up, the cost was nearly double. I figured, fine, whatever. I gave them my keys and waited about an hour, only for the guy to come out and tell me the windshield they had was scratched. He said he’d rather order a new one and asked me to come back next week. He also told me to call the day before to confirm the new windshield had arrived. I called—they said it hadn’t shown up yet and to call again in the morning. So I did. An hour before my appointment, I was told they had received and inspected it, and everything was good to go. I showed up—again—and after waiting another hour and a half, the same guy comes out to say the windshield they had for my car had scratches. Again. At that point, it was clear they never ordered a new one. They wasted three hours of my time and made me take two trips for nothing, and then had the nerve to offer me a scratched windshield again. And it was NOT cheap

Please do not use this company. I had an appointment for 9:00 AM. I dropped off my car at 7:30AM and left the keys in the drop box. I followed the directions on the box and sent a text message to the number provided. I hadn't hear anything by 11:00 AM so I tried to call the store. I was on hold for 45 minutes the first time before I was hung up on. I was on hold 45 minutes the second time before I gave up. After not hearing anything for most of the day I call back again. I was on hold for an hour before someone answered me. When I told them what was going on I was put on hold again for 45 minutes. I drove to the store to see my car in the same place I left it. When I went in the worker had no idea I had dropped off my car and said I checked the key box at 9:30. He goes out to check the box and walks back in with my keys. He tells me he can reschedule me as they can't work on my car now. I ask for a corporate phone number which I am told I just have to call the main line. I ask to speak to a supervisor who is too busy to see me but will take 150 dollars off my bill. Great my 434 dollar service will be less. They rebook me for the following week which was today. When I drop off my car the worker tells me my bill will be 743 dollars after the 100 dollar promotional special and the 150 dollar reduction. How did my 400 dollar service more then double in price? The only additional fee that was talked about in the quote was for recalibration. Does recalibration cost 600 dollars? Edit: they damaged the top of my car during the install. And yes calibration will cost more then the installation. I assume different cars cost different amounts but the guy at the desk quoted three different prices to three different people all of which were less then what I paid. So the cost of the recalibration seems like a way to punish hard to work with customers.

Update!! Went and had the front windshield fixed under their warranty for their shotty work and the window is now done correctly and not leaking but in the process of fixing their work they ripped up my headliner and of course the "quality manager" was gone for the day so I had to return the following day and all he kept saying was oh it's because it's old. Well it wasn't tore up when I brought it to you and know it is. He hee-hawed around and said they would have to get quotes and then they would see about fixing it or just giving me some compensation for the damage and it's been over a month and not a single word from them. I guess I've learned my lesson don't take anybody from Safelite word. Let me start with saying don't go here. I had my front and back glass in my jeep replaced after a vandalism. The first appointment was made mobile tech came out but forgot the tool needed to put in the back window this was on a Friday, so I had to drive all weekend with no back glass upon making it home and inspecting the work I noticed a few places where light was coming through in the seal area. Monday morning I drop my jeep off at the broken arrow location and voice my concerns about the front windshield upon picking it up I seen that it appears all that was done was running another bead of glue on the interior side of the windshield that has now glued my windshield to the trim and the dash where it meets the windshield. Fast forward a week or two and it goes through its first heavy rain and I come out to approximately an inch to two of water in my passenger floor board as well as soaked headliner and water running down the a pillar. This is on a Tuesday and I am told the soonest appointment will be the following Wednesday with rain in the forecast. Guess I'll just be driving a sinking boat until the "fix it". 10/10 I would never suggest Safelite to anyone needing glass repaired or replaced.

Wost service I have ever received in my life anywhere! If you value your time or money, DO NOT GO HERE. I originally had an appointment for 3/15 to have my windshield replaced. I arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment, but they did not take my car back until an hour AFTER the scheduled appointment. In total I sat there for 3 hours, with my 1.5 year old son. I also drove 45 minutes ONE WAY because this is the closest location to my house. I went straight home, only to discover my windshield was not sitting properly in its place. 4.5 hours of my life wasted because it will now have to be fixed again. I immediately called their horrible phone line, was lucky enough to get through on a Saturday afternoon, and had a warranty work scheduled for today at 9 AM. After sitting for ANOTHER 45 minutes PAST MY APPOINTMENT, I finally left and called their phone line again since I had a different appointment I would have been late to had I stayed. The lady informed me the manager is on vacation and nobody can do anything until Monday, yet you can't actually talk to anyone working at the store on the phone because everything is online or through their automated system. Now I'm stuck driving around a leaking hazard. I paid 100% out of pocket for this service. Go literally anywhere else. I was quoted almost identical prices at other places, but chose here because of the free wiper replacement. It's not worth it! Pay for your own wipers and have the autoparts store install them for free.
