Mike Johnson at Safelite's Call Center went "above and beyond" in tracking down my warranty with Crystal Fusion. He not only worked for two hours on the project, he called me back with details, and then followed up two days later to make sure I had my appointment. The Safelight Crew in Enid, Oklahoma, have done an incredible job in replacing my windshield. I would give Safelite Auto Glass 10 stars if Google would allow. When trying to make an appointment, you get told you can only do one online. Make one for a week out give them all my information on my vehicle, quote was almost $600. An actual person called me five days later to say that they can’t find the glass for my vehicle and tried to cancel my appointment. I had found glass and was going to get it, but they would have to push my appointment out and it would be labor only but did not quote me for it. I went ahead and just cancelled and found a better place to go instead.

John, the service tech did an excellent job. He showed up when he said he would, was kind, courteous, and professional. He installed a new windshield in minimal time. Safelite on the other hand, is something else. The scheduling process is absolutely horrendous! And more importantly, if you need to or want to talk to someone before scheduling an appointment, forget it.

Had an appointment scheduled for Tuesday, then was told no one would be available and had to move my appointment for Friday. I arrive Friday and they tell me not only do they not have my glass, they moved my appointment to Oklahoma City. I now have to drive with a broken windshield until Monday assuming they don't screw it up a third time.

Cody was very helpful and I couldn't be more happy with the work he did. He was the only guy working and he was doing everything from answering the phones to replacing windshields when I came into the store... I scheduled my appointment for a week later than I had intended, he didn't have my windshield in stock but he had it rushed in and he had me back on the road the same day. Something tells me he's the reason this place keeps running. Thank you!

The first windshield installed leaked water, the warranty work was done correctly. But they lost the nut to my passenger side wiper blade arm, instead of going to NAPA and replacing it they decided to use GM parts, 2 weeks waiting on the part then the nut was the wrong size , so they had to reorder. I finally took it to the NAPA store on Willow St. they helped fix it in 5 min. Next time I will use Rock Island Body Shop, fir glass replacement .ServicesAuto windshield replacement
