Safelite AutoGlass

Went to safelite to get a new windshield. I waited five hours to have them tell me they couldn’t calibrate my windshield and to come back in one week so they could order me another windshield. I dropped it off a week later and again they tell me they can’t calibrate it and I had to take it to Subaru. I would not recommend going to this location.

I could not have been more pleased with my experience. I arrived about 20 minutes early for my appointment and they got to work right away. Keith is the gentleman who took care of me, he was fair and honest, and was quite pleasant to talk to. I was out of there only 10 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. I'd recommend this location to anyone.

The technician was very professional. Arrived on time. Worked efficiently. Was very knowledgeable. Went above and beyond to ensure that the installation went well. The company provided excellent communication prior to installation, during installation, and after the job was complete. I would highly recommend this technician and the Safelite company.

I wish I could give more stars. I needed my windshield replaced and I made an appointment and I had a tech call me before the appointment to review everything. They went above and beyond explaining the charges and what they intend to do. They were super fast at installing the windshield while I waited and it looked great! They even vacuum your car for you! You can tell they treat their customers like family by speaking with the awesome people that work for them and how accommodating they are. Thank you so much!

My day off was “shattered” when a rock hit my windshield of my new car! Immediately the Safelite commercial came to my head. I was able to schedule online, and they even took care of my insurance claim. They had my entire windshield replaced the next day, and it barely cost me a thing. Every person I dealt with was friendly and knowledgeable. I really appreciate the service, although I hope I never need to use them again!

I was able to schedule a time that was convenient. The service began promptly when it was scheduled and completed ahead of schedule. The driver assist, lane centering and self driving camera were calibrated and the windshield and car were returned clean.
