My service experience was far from satisfactory. My car was returned with several issues, including climate control problems, a missing cover panel for the camera box on the windshield, and a front passenger door that wouldn’t close properly. I attempted to reach the service center multiple times throughout the workday, but I was repeatedly directed to a Safelite call center. Despite my efforts, I was unable to connect with either the service center or an agent. The call center’s only assistance was in scheduling a warranty service appointment, which was scheduled for three days in advance and would have required me to leave the car for the day. This situation was unacceptable, especially considering that the issues were Safelite’s responsibility and should have been addressed before the car was returned. I decided to take matters into my own hands and scheduled service directly with Tesla. They came to my home, fixed the door, performed a firmware update that should have been done during the windshield installation, which resolved the climate control issues. They also discovered the missing cover on the dash behind the video monitor and snapped it back in place. As a result of this experience, I will not be using this service center again and strongly advise others to avoid them.

Pretty easy to set up an appointment. And the windshield looks great. And they charged me a bunch for the calibration of the sensors on my Tesla Y windshield, but it all seems good. My only advice is that if you are going to claim the windshield, set up the appointment that way. We decided to claim the windshield replacement on our insurance AFTER we had set up the appointment. For some reason it is really difficult to talk to a person after you set up the appointment to make any changes.

Very friendly staff and prompt service. I was upset about having to come all the way up here because my appointment was incorrectly booked for this location and although I arrived early for the appointment that was given to me today since I was at the wrong location at my scheduled appointment, they did not have me wait until the appointment time and took care of me immediately. I was originally supposed to be going to the Springfield location, but whoever booked the appointment selected this office which is seriously considerately very far out of my way. But since they had already made the glass purchase and it couldn’t be transported to the Springfield location, I had to return to this location at 1 o’clock. The weather being bad I decided to just show up at 11 AM and they did not give me a hard time or make me wait. Thank you very much to the staff.

I drive for a living and I tried getting my car windshield replaced for the last month but things came up. 2 times work forced me to reschedule unfortunately and then last week Safelite called and asked me to reschedule my appointment to today. I confirmed it with them and double checked online to confirm my appointment. I drive 40 minutes to the shop to be told that they don’t have appointment for me and that they were “somehow deleted”. I understand that I had to reschedule but I find it extremely unprofessional to schedule something and then make somebody waste their day and take a day off of work for nothing. I’m a hard working person and I find it extremely disrespectful that this company has no value for their customers time. I do not recommend this shop at all.

I recently had my windshield replaced by Safelite, and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience! Scheduling my appointment was a breeze, and the convenience of them coming directly to my office made the whole process incredibly easy. My technician, Zahir, was fantastic. He was professional, friendly, and took the time to call me beforehand to explain everything. Once he arrived, he clearly walked me through each step of the replacement and also explained the necessary aftercare. The replacement itself was done quickly and seamlessly. I highly recommend Safelite for their excellent service and especially commend Zahir for his outstanding professionalism and customer care!

One big problem with this place. They don't tell you that you have to go to an inspection place and pay to have a new sticker put on. It's a state law, I understand, but why keep it a secret. My guy handed me my old sticker back sandwich between two pieces of glass and taped with three layers of masking tape. I asked him if that was my original sticker and he said no, that they just can't put it on. I have to do it. That is totally wrong information.
