Thursday I had an 8 am appointment for a windshield replacement. The staff was super friendly and helpful, they did a wonderful job. I am a business and they were super considerate of my time they bent over backwards to give me great customer service. I cannot say enough nice things about them. They sent texts to my phone telling me when they started, and when they were done. They parked my vehicle in a way that would make it easy for me to pull out when they finished and touched base with me by text after they were done to make sure i was satisfied and knew what to expect. If I could give a higher rating than 5 stars I would.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE SERVICE!! Would give 0 or negative stars if I could. The tech Julio was very late and extremely rude. When I questioned why he couldn't come in the FOUR AND A HALF hour time window of time, he started crying to me that he had 12 other jobs and it wasn't convenient for him because I lived "so far away". Then when I let him know that wasn't my concern, he hung up on me. Called and spoke to the manager and he was just as rude and unprofessional. He accused me of "yelling" at him and the tech when I wasn't even loud, let alone yelling. Two grown ass men were crying that I yelled at them when I didn't. Beyond pathetic. There are plenty of other places that will cost you less money and a lot less aggravation - do yourself a favor and go anywhere else.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. They damaged my car. I initially went in for a windshield replacement and after receiving my replacement, there was an imperfection (round etching) in my brand new windshield. It was small but right in front of my view as a driver. I went back within 15 minutes and asked them to look at it. They asked if I wanted to deal with it or if I wanted it fixed. I asked them if they could fix it. They were apologetic and understanding and set me up with an appointment a week later to replace my windshield again. I also noticed a scratch in my steering wheel (I could feel it) but was willing to let it go since they were understanding about replacing my windshield (I know the scratch was not there prior because that is where my hand sits). When I got home, I noticed three scratches on my drivers side window. Two were minor and one was about three-five inches long and deep. The longer one was again, right in my viewpoint as I look out my drivers side window. I called on Monday (original appointment was Friday) and told them I noticed the scratches and if they could buff them out. The person on the phone said absolutely and put it in the notes for my appointment. They also told me to bring it to the technicians attention when I brought my car in. I brought it in and Karlton told me that they do not buff out glass. I asked him to fix it since it happened when it was in their care. He told me that they would see what they could do. When I went to pick up my car, the windshield looked perfect (super appreciative of that) but the driver side window was untouched. I went in and asked what happened. Karlton told me that there was no way they could have scratched my window and could not fix it for me. I told him that they did and they not only scratched my window in 3 places, they also scratched my steering wheel and I was not here to get everything fixed, but I wanted my window fixed because it was right in my view. He again denied they did anything and told me they have proof they did not scratch the window. I asked for the proof and he showed me a set of pictures that showed my windows down right before they began the installation. I told him that does not prove anything because that is only a set of pictures from one moment in time and they do not have footage of the entire time my car was in their care. He again told me that those pictures are the proof. I sat there and argued for about 10 minutes and he told me that he would see what the manager could do for me and would call me back Monday. I did not receive a call Monday so I called Tuesday (today). He told me he would call be back in 30 minutes. I did not receive a call but instead received an email from a client care representative telling me that they are denying any responsibility for the door glass damage. I would NEVER trust Safelite again. Not only was Karlton rude during our first meeting and 75% of our second meeting, no one wants to take accountability. I understand that they have to look out for themselves but I also need to look out for my property that I work really hard for and would not like it to be damaged. If you must go to a Safelite location, I recommend taking pictures and videos of your car immediately before inspection and I highly recommend not going to the Fairless Hills Safelite. But if you could avoid Safelite altogether, I 100% would.

My windshield replacement was okay... I immediately noticed the new windshield was completely different from the original which oddly enough made my vehicle feel smaller. The worse part of my experience was they did not reattach everything under my hood which led to my windshield wiper fluid being sprayed under the hood of my new car. All due to the tech failing to reattach the hose. Terrible customer service as I attempted to call and speak to someone on several occasions but instead I was stuck on the line with an automated system that hung up on me. Do not recommend at all.

I just recently got my windshield replaced after a chunk of ice fell on it and cracked it. I called my insurance, who recommended Safelite and booked me an appointment. They sent me a text with a picture, and the name, of the technician they were sending me. His name was Erik. The mobile unit gives a window, rather than an appointment, but that was fine with me. On the day of the appointment Erik phoned me and asked me if he could come a little early, which I thought was great rather than waiting for the entire window of time. Safelite gives a possibility of up to 2 hours for the appointment, but Eric finished it in one. And he was extremely friendly and helpful. It's been more than a day since Eric replaced my windshield and it doesn't look like anything happened. I got a text informing me when it was safe for me to drive my car, and I just got another one informing me that it was now safe to remove any remaining tape on my windshield. If you have any questions they have a live chat you can use. As of this moment I would highly recommend Safelite to anyone who needs to replace their windshield. It's expensive. But if you have the money they're worth the price.

Just switched auto insurance and eight days later a rock picked up and smashed my windshield. I chose not to go through my insurance, used a promo code to save a little money. I was able to make an appointment for the following day. I dropped off my car at 8:30 and my car was ready by 9:20. Under promise & over deliver - very nice! They reapplied my EZ pass and preserved my inspection stickers until I can get new ones. Service was great, they cleaned my car dashboard, and there was no debris left. I made the appointment and even paid for this online.
