These guys gave some wonderful old fashion business ethics in helping us replace my 88 year old mother's passenger window on her 2006 Mountaineer. Carl was one hour ahead of scheduled. Then explained with care regarding why the window couldn't be fixed that day and on sight. He called his boss Erin who immediately said they could continue to assist us in fixing the problem. They ordered the part and set an appointment within half hour. We took car to their place in Butler. Upon reviewing the project, once the part came in and opening up the door panel, they realized they could work with what they had and did not use or charge us for the part. Erin and Carl both had a wonderful easy going attitude and great sense of humor. Our family was thrilled with how it all worked out with no hassle from the initial contact to the final payment. We hope not to need new glass for any of our cars but if we do or a friend needs a referral we know what our recommendation will be. Thank you guys!!!!

The windshield replacement was nicely done. The Butler staff was great. My only reason for not giving a 5 star review was being required on the website to schedule an appointment before the total out-the-door price was provided, including recalibration (which incidentally was more expensive than the glass and installation labor). The website only provided a price not including recalibration. I felt it would be a more transparent way of doing business to provide the entire cost up-front at the same time that the glass/installation price was provided (before the appointment reservation).

I am here visiting family for a couple days and I spent 6 hours sitting there waiting all day long for Garrett, the tech that never came, never called to notify me that I was waiting here for no reason. Very bad business that was highly recommended by my family who had just had a great experience with this company. You are very wrong to make me wait all day, all sorts of texts saying tech on the way, we even called the shop around 4 and they were on schedule. If you have nothing to do all day and need a company that does their job SOMETIMES, this is your choice. Thumbs down, no text, no call, nothing. Rats.

When a stone chipped our windshield along the way , heading for a mini vacation, we stopped here. Not wanting the little chip to turn into a big chip...that would lead to a whole windshirld replacement. We stopped at this location. Service was most excellent.! The manager saw our dilema, and immediatley put a technician to work on our windshield chip. Did a wonderful job. Cant see previous chip. FAST, EFFICIANT, PROFFESSIONAL & FRIENDLY! My dog recently passed away and had left nose prints on the windshield. I had to get my windshield replaced due to a crack and was upset feeling like I was losing a memory of him. I asked the employee if he could save a piece of the windshield with the marks and he and the technicians were so kind and very willing to make that happen. The windshield work was perfect and they even taped up the saved glass so I wouldn't get cut. It was extra work for them but they were more than happy to help me save a memory. I am so appreciative of this company and I highly recommend Safelite Butler, Pa to anyone.

My windshield needed replaced and I paid for the early bird special to get it done as soon as possible. Haleigh arrived 5 minutes before the earliest scheduled time and did an absolute amazing job! Her professionalism, precision, shining personality, and overall demeanor were nothing short of outstanding. I initially did not need my inspection sticker as I was going to get a new one immediately after the appointment, but I hit a small snag there and needed my old sticker asap. So I called her and as soon as she was done with the client she was taking care of at the time, she cut it from the broken windshield and brought it back to me.
