Wrong address, they played a dancing game to get me in the location that had my window. Told me to continue to location after I notified them of traffic situation knowing It be late and I drove and hour plus 30 mins to get there, they cancelled once I arrived told me can't get done until Monday. Lied said I did a no show Saturday, when they closed Saturday, I'm 3 states away from home with my family n animals why would I continue sitting along side the road for 3 extra days due to window not being safe. Changed appt time for Monday w/o notification. The worst experience EVER, very unprofessional, We were not safe sitting for the weekend, they laughed as if It was a joke as I cried & begged to do my window. I used them plenty in the past but never again. Wanted me to drive with my kids with this window, then say it wasn't for passengers but was for driver, wow.. DISAPPOINTED

Great experience getting a new windshield installed on my GTI. I got the cheapest available option and they didn't try and upsell me anything which is a first. The staff were very friendly and professional. They told me it would take two hours, but they had me out of there in less than that. The installation looks great and they moved my stickers, dash cam and rear view mirror. One of my wipers was put back incorrectly on the wiper motor, but that shouldn't be hard to fix myself.

We scheduled an appointment for window repair and gave all the information. They showed up with the wrong glass they then doubled the price and rescheduled for another day without asking us. We tried to call and got directed online. I tried 3 times and couldn't get a human. Something that should have been easily resolved was an annoying disaster. Wasted time and no accountability. Things go wrong sometimes but if you hide behind a phone system that doesn't help customers you have a terrible business model. Edit: Merely replying with no action is also useless. Why bother replying at all.

Ask for Jaquan!! Jaquan was an amazing repairman and even better customer service person! He was very accommodating to my schedule and location when coming to me. Was also very flexible when we were trying to find a sufficient spot in the city for him to be able to the work, following me Through center city on a busy Tuesday morning around 8am. He stayed out in the freezing cold for 3 hours with no breaks because my glass ended up being frozen to the car and apologized for the inconvenience that it took an hour longer than it was supposed too! I was not upset in the slightest considering I was inside, anyway great Philly service in Philly which is hard to come by nowadays!

The work was done quick and so far it seems like the new windshield will be good. However, after driving home and getting in my car the next day I realized that there were tiny shards of glass everywhere. All over the dashboard, seat, floor, in some of the vents... I shouldn't have to spend an hour vacuuming my car after it's been serviced. Now I'm worried I missed some and nervous about bringing my dog into the car where she might lick up some glass. Very disappointing.

This place is a complete waste of money $315 for they guy they sent out to me named Brandon to do the sloppiest and laziest job i have ever seen I can pay a crack head to do a way better job than what Brandon did so since i have warranty i called and tell them where they messed up including misplacing a bolt for the window and their reply was i don't have any openings until two weeks we have to reorder the window....sir your guy Brandon misplaced the bolt it's the only issue at the moment. Fast forward to the appointment day the person they sent out called and had the audacity to say he doesn't have the bolts required with him thats the last straw never again will i give my money to this company! If you decide to spend money here make sure you have someone who knows about cars watch them doing their job !
