Our technician Jacob came out to our house to do the repair and was personable and efficient. We also had a great experience with customer service related to a complicated billing issue. We were having two windows replaced that had been broken by vandals on two separate occasions several days apart. Because they were not both broken in the same incident, the billing was complicated with our insurance and the Safelite manager was able to resolve it in a way that greatly reduced our out of pocket expense. Would definitely recommend.

If I could give 0 stars I would. What an absolute JOKE of a company. Have an appointment made to get our windshield fixed 3 weeks before Christmas. They call us last minute saying it’s too cold now to come to us and to bring the vehicle to them. So we take it in and After sitting there for 40 minutes they now come in and say they can’t do it at all because after taking off the cracked windshield THEY drilled a pinhole through the surface where the new windshield needs to go. And now it’s my problem to be fixed. THEN if I wanted to purchase the windshield myself and do it it’s now more expensive then it was for them to put it on?? So they proceed to put the old crack windshield on that they cracked even more then it was when I took it there. TAPING it on to my car and telling me I now have to pay for a tow to get it off their lot??!! ABSOLUTELY INSANE. I will never EVER recommend this company and especially this location. Not to mention they claimed to know how to drive a Manual so I let them pull my car in that just had the clutch replaced and dude didn’t even know to put the E brake down smh.. Merry Christmas everyone do yourself a favor and look for someone else to help you out this place ain’t it

This was my second time visiting a Safelite location, and once again, I had a great experience. The staff was courteous and professional. I waited at the shop, and the service on my 2020 Jeep Cherokee was completed ahead of the estimated time. Everything went well ,just like my first visit. I appreciate the consistency and quality of service. Although I paid out of pocket since the repair was under my deductible, I appreciate that Progressive recommended Safelite. The price was reasonable, and the service was excellent. I would definitely return . Thank you!

22 Tacoma needed windshield replaced Got scheduled for Saturday am appointment dropped car off night before right away I knew I was in good hands, the gut told me he would pull my truck in the bay and keep it there overnight. I was definitely not expecting that, but greatly appreciated it. They open at 8 am Saturday morning and at 8:25 am Saturday they called to let me know my vehicle was done. I was really surprised to hear that, I even said Holy hell dude it's only 8:25 he came back with "yeah we don't mess around here!" I said yeah apparently and thank him. I recommend this place to anyone in need of a repair or new windshield. Thanks again to all of you!!

I did a day before drop off. They didn’t have power, due to a summer storm. I really wouldn’t have known it until the receptionist in the back office didn’t poke her head out with a light. Easy to schedule on line, my car had not a spindle piece of glass it looks perfect! Justin waited on us & he was helpful and very pleasant. We were called the next day when my car was ready. That was far sooner than n I expected. I highly recommend this service site. Nice people, fast service & quality service & product. Thank you

I had an amazing experience with Safelite Auto Glass! Melinda at the front desk was outstanding—she got me scheduled quickly and was just as kind and welcoming when I came back, even offering me water and coffee. Devine, who replaced my window, was incredibly professional. He called to let me know there was an earlier opening and got me in sooner. He was fast, efficient, and even came out to give me an update during the process. I truly appreciated the excellent service from start to finish. Hopefully, I won’t need another window replaced anytime soon—but if I do, this is the only place I’ll go!
