I had a great experience with Tyler from SafeLite! He was punctual, professional, and extremely courteous throughout the entire process. He explained everything clearly before starting the work and made sure I felt comfortable with the service. The windshield replacement was done efficiently and with great care. Tyler even cleaned up thoroughly afterward and left my car looking better than when he arrived. It’s clear he takes pride in his work. I really appreciated his friendly attitude and attention to detail—highly recommend him to anyone needing auto glass service!

Terrible experience with Safelite Greensburg. I was sent to Safelite by my insurance company. I did not realize at the time I had a choice in where to get serviced so I made an appointment to get a new windshield scheduled for 8am on Monday 10/6. I got 4 different texts confirming the appointment and even got a call from Bruce on Saturday confirming all the details. I showed up right on time at 8am and after about 10 minutes was told that they didn't have my windshield. So I was sent home and contacted Safelite Customer Care which attempted to help but in the end could not. I requested that Safelite Grensburg cover my deductible for the major inconvenience that they put me through. Got a call back from Bruce this afternoon saying that the 'bosses' would not do anything for the inconvenience. A terrible customer service experience. It's a shame that these corporations put such little value on their customers. So I scheduled with an independent provider and immediately got service scheduled and they will even come to me not only for the windshield but the necessary calibration as well. My advice, use an independent provider and don't assume that you have to use the place (SAFELITE!) that your insurance company 'suggests'.

I brought my Mercedes-Benz in for a windshield replacement, and I’m honestly very disappointed with the results. The top trim wasn’t reinstalled properly—it has visible gaps—and the trim around the windshield is loose and poorly fitted. Even more frustrating, I found broken glass inside the cabin and scuffs on the paint near the work area. To top it off, when I picked up the vehicle, the technician had left their tools inside my car. The overall lack of care and attention to detail is completely unacceptable, especially for a luxury vehicle. I expected professional service and got anything but. Definitely would not recommend this shop they seriously need to improve their workmanship and respect for customer vehicles.

Extremely disappointed with our experience at Safelite. We paid $450 out of pocket to have a window replaced after getting a chip, no insurance involved, yet the technician broke the window regulator during installation and management refuses to admit fault. In fact, the response from the Safelite team when we informed them about the regulator malfunctioning, immediately following the repair, was that the regular motor is considered a wear and-tear-part, that we unfortunately are just experiencing very bad luck, and coincidentally, Safelite also provides window regulator replacements for only a few more hundred dollars. Instead of addressing the issue, they’ve been dodging us and now tell us they filed a claim through our insurance (which we never used). In addition to the damaged regulator, the door panel was left partially disconnected from the frame, with a large gap. It’s still unknown if this is due to the technician(s) lack of attention to proper procedure during the repair and subsequent inspection, not having the knowledge and skills to properly finish the job, or worse, damaged the panel/panel clips during install and did not mention it. This is completely dishonest and unacceptable. We’re left with a broken regulator, a driver-side window stuck halfway open, and no accountability. Avoid this place if you want professional service and integrity.

The one word summary of my experience: AWESOME!!! The extra words version: I recently purchased an older pickup that had some damage to it, including the windshield. It needed to be repaired but I could not drive it. So I had a choice between Safelite and another provider. While I think I could have saved some money and had an equally good experience, I am ultimately really glad I went with Safelite. I called the main service line to make my request for repair. I was then contacted by the local Safelite and had a great experience working out some of the details. But was very pleased that they could fix my truck the very next day. That was faster than I would have expected. I got all the appropriate emails and was notified this morning about my Technician, Trevor. He called that he was on the way to make the repair and was amazingly polite and positive. I was in a particular jam with an issue regarding the windshield trim on my truck. But it posed no problem for my tech, Trevor. He made the repair with no issue and it looked great afterward. I sent him a message to thank him and he was extremely courteous to call back and say, "You're welcome." He even was very good to caution me about being careful about any stray glass that may have fallen on the ground. He did not want anyone to get hurt. I appreciate the extra concern because I don't think I would have thought about that. Again, talking with Trevor was a great experience. This Safelite understands customer courtesy which means a lot to me. So if you need some glass for your car or truck, call these guys and let them set you up good. I don't think you can request a technician, but if you can, ask for Trevor if you are having mobile service. He won't let you down!! Thanks Safelite of Greensburg!
