Guilliermo called me earlier than expected, which was a nice surprise. He arrived ready to work, and about ten minutes before another Safelite truck pulled up with my new windshield. Personable and professional, he quickly removed the old windshield. He cleaned everything of old seals and adhesive, then examined the area a second time to be sure all was copacetic. He cleaned the dashboard, installed new seals, the new windshield, checked for water-tightness, and cleaned the glass both inside and out. After placing some tape to hold everything in place, he explained the warrenty and the procedure to allow the adhesive and seals to cure. All in all, an excellent job.

A representative named Scott came to our residence to change two windshields. He was extremely polite and professional and got both of our vehicles roadworthy again quickly! I'm not sure why I put this off or dreaded it because it was a seamless and very hassleless process. He was extremely positive and it was refreshing to have that level of service again. It's been years since I've seen that in any business. Thank you Safelite!

Listen to the reviews before you come here...I wish I did. These guys replaced my windshield 3 times and acted like they didn’t know who I was each time and offered no remorse, “Sorry we will try again”. The third windshield I just got has a few scratches and I don’t want to go back again for a 4th. Not worth fighting these people, they don’t even do a quality check on the glass before install. Stay far away.. tell your insurance company to pick someone else but these guys

They took off my paint with their tape and said sorry, leaving me to pay for a new paint job. It's not enough money to be worth taking them to court over and they know that. I would suggest using any other company. I took my car in to get some plastic put over my broken window as a temporary fix while we waited for the glass to be delivered. They had me sign a long winded release form telling me that the plastic fix should not be considered water tight. I thought I would just check for moisture while the plastic was in use. While the man was taping on the plastic I noticed him putting the tape on my paint, even though he could have put it on the rubber gasket around the glass. I didn't say anything figuring that he knew what he was doing as he did it for a living. When the gentleman with the glass came to install it, the tape peeled off my paint. He said he notified the manager about it and said I would receive a call from him. The manager called and said since I signed their release form, they were not responsible for their worker using their tape to damage my paint. That was when they chose to tell me that it happens quite often with white paint. This information would have been useful before the tape went on. I wouldn't have used the plastic and just parked the car in the garage had I known. I told them I thought the release form was about water ingress but they said it covered the paint. I asked for a copy of it, but after 2 months I don't have it. My last calls to the district manager went unreturned. I would sue, but it's just not worth it. Please use a company that repairs damage they cause to your property.

Good service. Easy to set up. Very good communications IN PERSON, but no way to talk to anyone -local or national-on th phone. You only get recordings. When we took car in, we were told car could be ready by 4ish, 5 for sure. We went back about 3 to ensure we got car back that day, since no way to check on status by phone. We waited for over an hour, but did get cat back that day. That seems to be the way it works; about 5 other customers were waiting also.

For the most part they were great. An appointment was made last minute and they were very communicative about when they were ready for my car and when it was going to be done. For picking up my car, the tech placed it in my gas cap which then locked my car and my gas cap, locking my key with no way in to my car. Luckily my friend was able to pry it open partially and pull the key out. While this wasn’t a huge deal because we were able to get it out, we had no help with how to get into my car.
