First i would like to say, My tech who installed the windshield was great. His name was James. Giving a 2 star because the representatives changed my quote price THREE times just to find out i had to spend an extra $15 when James came to my car because the representatives did not quote me for the right windshield as I asked for. The first representative quoted me $232 and never told me I had 5 days to call back for the SAME price. Then when i called back a week later for my appointment, i was quoted $245, said that was fine go ahead and book it. After she told me my appointment was booked i get an email notification saying my price went to $261…. I told her she told me $245 not $261 and she ended up “giving me a coupon” to make it the $245 again. Then when James had arrived, the blue tint across the windshield was an “extra $15” so then i went BACK UP to the $261. I don’t like companies who change the price more than once. If $232 is what you quoted me originally, the $232 is what i should of paid for my service. Overall James was a 5/5 , safelite in general and the representatives 2/5. Won’t be using safelite again.

I recently had my windshield replaced by Safelite AutoGlass on my 2020 Hybrid Camry, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. Since my car required a recalibration of the computer system in the windshield, I had to take it into their shop rather than opting for mobile service. From start to finish, the process was smooth and professional. The windshield replacement itself was flawless, and they handled the recalibration seamlessly, ensuring my vehicle’s advanced safety features were functioning properly before returning it to me. The turnaround time was quicker than expected, and they kept me informed on the progress being made on my windshield replacement via text messages, explaining everything clearly so I knew exactly what to was going on. Safelite AutoGlass made what could have been a stressful situation incredibly easy, and I truly appreciate their expertise and attention to detail. If you need windshield repair or replacement—especially with a vehicle that requires recalibration—I highly recommend Safelite AutoGlass. They deliver top-notch service with professionalism and care!

I think this is the only one here but I would avoid at all cost if you have a newer vehicle. My spouse and I both cracked our windshields, 2025 ram and 2025 bmw. The ram took 3 appointments to be fixed and I’m currently sitting at my FOURTH appointment in less than 30 days for the BMW. I have two stars because some of the technicians are really nice (I’ve dealt with a few at this point) … the lady at the front is a little “Nice/nasty” but that’s neither here or there. And let’s not forget that each appointment is 2 to 3 hours and we’re stuck in this cramped up waiting room with no TV or snacks. I would make the appointment at the location and not let them come to out if you have a newer car because they will not have what they need to calibrate your car. This is a fact..

During a windshield replacement, not only was the rearview mirror damaged but so was the screen on the radio display. brand new 2024 vehicle and i’ve been driving around like this patiently waiting for the manager to get my screen display fixed. i was told by on if the managers at safelite to get a quote from volkswagen which i’ve done. i’ve followed up on this and still no response. today while driving to work the rearview mirror fell down completely and now i have to take time off work to have volkswagen fix this issue. beyond disappointed and will not be using safelite again.

Scratched paint in several areas while prying glass out, black urethane fingerprints prints on a 2800 dollar white headliner, same on all the white plastics, tore the headliner removing the camera. Brand new 64 thousand dollar minivan destroyed by someone who drives a beater. Going to dealer to be painted and repaired, insurance is going to forward bill to safelite along with a month of rental. Work states Austin performed the service currently working on paperwork to sue him personally for the difference in vehicle value. While complaining about it to the manager who is 260 pounds he sits on my door that’s open to look at it. Let me explain this, you never sit on the door it has brass bushing, he tried argue until he saw uniform unlike this place I am an oem certified technician. Avoid this place you will thank me later. There were 3 other customers there for damage to their vehicle as well.

Awful experience! The customer service is absolutely horrendous. Yes they came and replaced my front and rear back window. Then the back window would not roll up when rolled down. I called the tech that day and he said he’d try and make it back for 2 days. I contacted customer service and they told me to either make a warranty appointment for a few weeks out or to drive 45 min away and wait to be seen with 2 kids 1 and 5 years old. Until then rain can potentially damage my cars interior. Their commercials are an absolute lie and false advertising and this particular shop is just a joke.
