One of the best experience, Jennifer was so helpful. She reminded me that there were nice people out there. We went down for my sons basketball tournament, our truck window got smashed. We came from Toronto so driving back 13hrs with a bag would have been very uncomfortable. Jennifer worked her magic during a long weekend and was able to source out a replacement window. Thank you Jennifer from the Rock Hill location! 🥹🙏🏼

Great intake process. Customer service was superb. The only issue that I had was I had to take my car to the vacuum after I was done because there are a few small pieces of black windshield adhesive that had been cut out that were on my dash and in my console. Probably just a few pieces that were missed from them trying to vacuum it up. After I got that out, things were back to normal. Overall still giving them five stars because they did an excellent job.

They told me two weeks ago my appointment was Saturday. They did not say a date or say not this Saturday but ne Saturday ! No I drove all the way up there from another county they said we don't have you oh wait ! what is your name then said ok your appointment is not till next sat. then I got a reminder that 30 minutes before I get there this is a reminder your appointment is 2/8/25 I get there they said oh we Had to reschedule it. I said what I will never use safe lite again THEN I said why did you reschedule it?" they said we can't find it so! I said when we're you going to call me? instead I got a reminder to be there !

The absolute best customer service a customer can hope for. They were courteous and came out for a quick look at a chip to advise me. Wasn't sure if I'd need an appointment, but they were able to fix it right then and had me done in 30 minutes. Really great Safelite team at this location. When I need to eventually replace the windshield, I am 100% taking my work back to this shop.

State Farm please stop funding this mis-managed business. Appointment set for a Saturday. Time frame 12pm till 5pm. Entire Saturday afternoon waiting. Call for update around 1:45 pm for a possible ETA. Office lady couldn’t reach technician. Received text message from technician at 4:45ish telling me I was rescheduled for Wednesday. That is complete BS. Then I have to wait till Wednesday?? Where is Monday and Tuesday? Canceled appointment. Will never use safelite again. And Trump is tring to bring back jobs.to America. We ain’t good at the jobs we got!!!

I brought my 2019 Ram 1500 for service at the Rock Hill, SC office for a leaking back window which had been replaced by Safelite in 2022. I was told it was covered by warranty because the sliding window that was originally used as a replacement had a plastic piece that breaks. The technician applied tape to the edges of the window to prevent leaking until I could come in for service. On August 1st I came in for service and had the slider replaced. After leaving the business I noticed that the technician didn't remove any of the adhesive residue from the tape they had applied earlier. I was able to remove it with an adhesive remover. That is a minor issue. The major issue is that when my daughter got into the back seat and applied her seatbelt after a while she noticed it was loose. We stopped and after raising the back seat I noticed that the technician did not re-attach one of the rear seat belts when they put the back seat back in. Luckily we weren't in a wreck and nobody was hurt, but that could have been a catastrophe. From using a known defective sliding glass to not cleaning up the adhesive to missing something as important as re-attaching a seat belt, I am scared to think of what else is being missed.
