Safelite serviced my 2023 Grand Jeep Cherokee front windshield. I was very please Jacob did an outstanding job and getting my Jeep back on the road very quickly. It was raining that day and he was to come to my home but he offered to transition to the office in order to get me back on the road and not have to wait another day since it was on a Friday, Jacob had very good communication skills. He contacted me to let me know that he would be running a little bit behind because it was raining and I thanked him for that overall, I was very pleased with my service . I would recommend all my friends to safelite if they need windshield repair. Thank you so much Jacob for your professional service I appreciate it.

We've used Safelight in the past with no issue, however, we made an appt for today and someone canceled our appointment yesterday afternoon. A text was sent saying your appointment was canceled but no reason was given. We called the number on the website to get some questions answered but the woman stated that she doesn't know why our appointment was canceled and would get someone from the store to call us. Of course no one called and now we have to find someone else to fix my windshield. This is very unprofessional and we will not use this company again and if someone asks us, we will not recommend. You guys need to do better when it comes to communication. This is ridiculous.

I first file my claim on June 28th for an appointment on July 1st. The technician came out with the wrong glass. Scheduled another appointment for the 5th. There was no call no show although I stayed on the phone with the customer service and the shop no one could come out. Scheduled for 6th And the technician called out sick. Scheduled another appointment for today the 9th And now the technician says there's a stress break on the opposite side of the windshield going straight across and down. So now I've scheduled another appointment for the 16th under warranty. They really need to get this together I'm going out of town now with a broke windshield that I have tried to prevent since the end of June. This is such an inconvenience And I don't believe that they value my time. I will definitely be using someone else in the future if I ever get this one replaced. I have used Safelite in the past so it's not all locations. I will give Safelite as a company that benefit. This is ridiculous!!! Oh and of course you know I still got charged $100 deductible

I had an amazing experience at the Safelite shop thanks to my technician, Kenneth! From start to finish, he was professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the process, worked efficiently, and made sure everything was done perfectly. The shop was clean and well-organized, and the service was quick without sacrificing quality. My windshield looks great, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. If you need auto glass repair, I highly recommend Kenneth and the team at Safelite!

Your thoroughness is truly appreciated and makes a significant difference. Knowing about even small issues helps tremendously. This level of attention demonstrates a genuine care for quality service. Thank you for keeping me informed and ensuring everything is addressed. It's reassuring to know such diligence is applied to every task.very much informed about the whole process even when something was brought to my attention. Was very hesitant due to the reviews but I was very grateful to give them a try.

I ended up having to have my windshield replaced twice. The first time was about 4 months ago. Unfortunately,4 months later, a rock hit my windshield. So, had to have it done again. I called Safelite Auto there was a mix-up in scheduling but they were able to get someone out to replace my windshield. Everything was replaced the tech told me to wait 30 minutes before I drove it. I waited longer then next day I drove to the store, parked the truck didn't think nothing else about it. Then it rained. I was in my home on my phone watching reels and all the sudden I couldn't hear it. I look at my phone it says that my phone is connected to the Bluetooth in my truck. I'm not in my truck, no one's in my truck. I go out and I look and it is raining in my truck. They forgot to seal the top of the glass. We contacted Safelite they said they were going to get someone out to assess it and fix the window I told her that wasn't going to work because there was literally water pouring out of my Dash. She said oh no we're going to get someone to assess the damage we're going to get you taken care of. I would not drive my truck to Safelite, due to concerns of further damage, so they had to have it towed because, again, I was worried about water damaging the electrical stuff. They sent out a tow truck. While they're loading it waters pouring out of it and then on the 3rd of July we are at a family cookout and our ring doorbell goes off. They DROVE my truck home without my permission dropped it in my driveway. Never called me about it or anything.. They think that they're just done. They're not! There is going to be erosion with all the water that was in my vehicle and not to mention how Furious I am at the fact that they allowed someone to drive my vehicle without my permission. We live 45 minutes away from them. They took it upon themselves to not even call us and tell us that our truck was "done" but you simply let someone drive my vehicle home and park it in my driveway we're contacting A Better Business Bureau, the city commerce and a lawyer.. I have video of all of this. Unfortunately I cant up load a video..
