Due to a scheduling conflict they made it very easy for me to reschedule and when the technician arrived he was very thorough and professional. He ensured that I was aware of the next steps regarding when I could take my truck through a carwash as well as when I would be able to replace the tint for my sunstrip. One recommendation I do have, if it were ever possible for this to be offered, would be a service to replace any tint lost during these situations. It would make it a little easier on the customer and could also be a source of additional income for the company.

Scheduled to have my windshield replaced on Friday, May 2. My husband was told when we dropped it off that the glass arrived broken. Okay, no big deal. We left the car as we were told they would check with another shop for the glass. At 430 on Friday we received a call that the car had a code that generated but it was normal, since it was already 430 we knew we didn't have time to get there before they closed. No big deal. We arrived Saturday morning to pick up our car and was advised they can't fix it due to the code??? There's no code on my car!!! If they didn't want to replace the windshield they could've been more open and honest. Save yourself time and hassle and go elsewhere.

Satellite Glass just rocked my world. After months cleaning and repairing the damage from many years decomposing in a field, the ASTRO van was home to many local animals who seemed to enjoy the plastic on all the wiring. Finally got it running and focusing on interior now. The windshield was a gigantic leap forward and Ray, the installer, was very professional and efficient. He took the time to explain his efforts and was instrumental in sharing knowledge about how to care for and maintain the glass. I highly recommend this company and worth the extra cost. I plan to travel the US in this van, painting landscapes as I go.

Garrett was my technician and he was extremely professional and knowledgeable about the entire process. The service was done right in my driveway! He answered all of my questions, was punctual, and was very detail oriented. You would never know the windshield ever got replaced. He took such great care to maintain the cleanliness of my vehicle as well. Safelite also deals with the insurance company themselves, so it couldn’t have been an easier process. Highly recommend Safelite and Garrett!!

If you have a Tesla Model X, look somewhere else! They had the VIN number from my car and I went in for my appointment about a week later to find out that they had the wrong windshield. They said they needed to order the right one and would have it in a week. Ok. My appointment was set about a week out, and a day before the next appointment, a week later, I get a call saying that they had to cancel my appointment a second time because they needed to order the glass from Tesla. I went based on the fact that they said they could do it, and it was earlier than Tesla could replace it. I would have it already replaced by now. Save yourself the hassle and just go to Tesla. BTW, their price kept changing and went from $1800-$2600+ dollars. The Tesla service price is $2075. Total incompetence!

Their online system apparently needs some revamping. My appointment was confirmed before the shop even knew if they had the glass available for the job. Showed up to my appointment just to be told it couldn’t be done today. Pretty disappointing since both my wife and I had to take time off from work to get this done and now will ultimately have to do so again next week. Moral of the story: call and confirm that everything is good to go before driving to the location because the email and text confirmations don’t necessarily mean that it is.
