I have a custom truck and I take care of her, like she is one of my children. I purchase the best for her and wanted to replace the front window due to rock chips and cracks over this past year. I went ahead and opt to replace the window wipers as well as the front windshield. Now, there was nothing wrong with my wipers. I just replaced them about 8 months ago and paid almost 100 bucks for them. The wipers safelite uses are very cheap and streak making it hard to see when the rain is misting. This product is poor so I removed a star just for that reason. Now for the window, the glass is clear.... the install only took about a hour. The bad, the installer broke all the tabs to my cowl and now I have to replace that part as well. The installer informed me to purchase the new part and he will install it, thats nice to offer but i will be handling this myself. The cowl comes off very easy if you open the hood and press the tabs to release the panel. The installer pryed the cowl up from the window side, snapping the tabs and never opening the hood. You can tell this happened by the rubber window seal in the pictures attached. Yes, I am 100 percent car guy and BS excuse don't work on me. I will not be taking any of my cars back to this branch and will never purchase the wiper blades. Staff was friendly and I paid cash, not insurance claim.

I had a good experience. I set an appointment for drop off at 9:30am and my vehicle was ready for pickup at 4:30pm same day. I’ve had no issues since then. The only thing that could’ve been better is if my. Car was available sooner however I understand they are/were busy. I just wouldn’t expect it yo have taken so long to the point where I almost thought I wasn’t going to get my car back the same day. I called the office around 4:15pm to check in since I hadn’t heard anything and was told that they do not leave until the last car is completed. Courtney was the best! He was clear and told me the whole process and how long it would take. I was able to do business away from him while he replaced my windshield and was done in an hour and a half! He kept me updated on the progress! He arrived at the perfect time during the 4 hour time window I got when I called to reserve the service. They pretty much have a monopoly in the Dallas area. I had to wait almost two weeks for my appointment, which was for a Monday, between 8-12. After having to confirm my appointment and availability the day before, when I called them at 10:30AM to obtain an update on estimated arrival, I was shocked to learn they did not have my windshield in stock and it was expected later that day around 3PM and they would have to reschedule to Wednesday or Thursday.. so I had to reshuffle my schedule again, last minute to try and accommodate them. The installation and service when the actually arrived was professional and admittedly outstanding. Safelite was recommended from some friends to replace my front windshield. You can choose replacement, repair if appropriate, pay using insurance or out of pocket, and I was able to get the total cost and pay online, schedule an appointment, and they even came to my house to make the replacement. My technician Courtney called ahead of time to keep me informed of when he would arrive, he was very respectful and did great work on my replacement, finishing quickly, and even called me when he was finished, as I work from home remotely and went back to work while he made the replacement. It is raining today and there haven’t been any leaks or build up on my windshield. I was very pleased with the whole process from start to finish.

Absolutely the WORST customer service! When I called Katey only argued with me and my husband and had an absolutely nasty attitude. We will not be returning for our other cars like we previously planned solely on her attitude when I called to address an issue. She wouldn’t listen and insisted there is absolutely no way the problem I was physically looking at is wrong and was already like that when I brought the car in. If she hates her job so much she really needs to leave because it’s obvious she does not like dealing with the public. We will gladly take our business over to Texan Glass.
