I had my wife's vehicle's windshield replaced and received excellent service. I scheduled online which was very easy to do, and made the appointment for 11:00. I dropped off at 8:30 and received a call at 10:45 that it was finished. Very nice surprise. Emails and phone calls throughout the entire process made excellent communication with no surprises. Will be taking my truck there next!

Recently I engaged Safelite auto for replacement of my windshield. Finding the price acceptable.I went ahead and opted for the higher service package, which included free wiper blades and rain treatment. However, upon completion of the service, as I went out to board the vehicle and it started raining, and I noticed that the raindrops neither beaded or ran off the glass. As though that part of the service was either neglected or completely ineffective. At this point, my conclusion would to skip the higher priced option. Having performed glass repellent treatment myself in the past, I've come to expect a completely different result. To be Safelute contacted me for a review and asked to address the issue. But after driving 180 miles round-trip and sitting through an appointment, it would be completely inconvenient for me to do this again. Just to resolve the issue.

I spent over 10 minutes in the phone maze of options just to try and reach a real person to get a price quote on a windshield with Calibration cost (not included on the online quote) since I will have to drive over two hours for their service. With each option I tried to get connected to someone the system always ended with either telling me to check out their website or just hanging up.

All I can say is wow. First time customer earlier this week, I took two vehicles in for new windshields before the snow hits. First was my Suburban(big windshield). Chris was my Technician, was very professional, knowledgeable, and sounded like he’d been doing glass repair/replacement for years. He seemed like the supervisor, if not he should be, was great with customer service. Anyways he had my Suburban windshield replaced in less than 30mins! I couldn’t believe it! Next up was my Subaru snow car, which Daryl completed very fast and did a beautiful job! And at a great price! Very happy customer here. To sum it up Safelite glass repair in the Heights has gained a new customer for life and my family will now be taking every one of our vehicles to them in the future! Robert stepped up to the plate and acquired my windshield repair order when a co-worker didn't particularly want to drive 65 miles 7 miles south of Red Lodge in -18 below zero weather. Robert first communicated with me while he was in Billings and conveyed the approximate google maps time as to when he'd be arriving. After Robert arrived to the location with a heated garage, Robert discussed with me the repair process, even on a technical level when I asked him for clarification. Robert has served in the US military and for that, I'm sincerely grateful and appreciative of his selfless service to all of us. Robert was finished with the repair within 30 minutes. I asked him if his company provided a lunch for long distance service calls and he said no. If I was the owner of the company, I would make certain that anyone who has to devote their time to their boss on lengthy below zero days, should be treated to a nice company paid-for meal. It's the right thing to do and it boils down to principle. Lastly, I've had several windshield repairs in the past and Robert stood out to be the best of the best in this field of occupation. I even told him that I considered him to be the Blue Angles of that profession. I would wholeheartedly use and recommend Safelite autoglass repair to anyone who needs a windshield repair professional. Robert went above and beyond the call of duty to be kind, genuine, informative and efficient.

They were the only people able to get the windshield for my car, and they were able to get the cost below all the other guys. Shea (my specific tech) was super knowledgeable and very professional while getting the job done quickly with great precision. Robert who came in to assist getting the window set was also very nice and professional. I would recommend safelite to anyone looking to get their window replaced.
