Still don’t come here! Update: another warped piece of glass: they say it is Normal and will occur with their generic brand glass no matter what - No car I ever driven in my life has had what they are calling normal. 1,100$ for faulty glass. The two people dropping off in front of me are returns as well. I could write a book but just don’t even try here - they don’t care they certainly Do Not Answer the phone or reach out when they commit after installing faulty glass. Your time is worthless to them. How sad that a company with such a great reputation for so long has been reduced to this. Fingers crossed I actually get a fix but two weeks, hours on the phone and multiple broken promises later I am doubtful.

I had a great experience with this windshield replacement service. They worked seamlessly with my car insurance, which made the process smooth and stress-free. The job was completed within the exact time frame they quoted—no delays or surprises. They also recommended new windshield wiper blades but were out of stock at the time. They let me know a store just two minutes away had them, so I picked up a pair and brought the car back. True to their word, they installed the new blades in just a couple of minutes—quick, courteous, and efficient. Overall, I really appreciated their professionalism, communication, and attention to detail. The technician was Jaylen. Highly recommend this location and company for windshield repair and service.

A rock hit my windshield on the highway, first time for everything! I was so upset and didn’t know what to do or who to call about it. A family member mentioned safelite so I decided to try them out. Booking my appointment online was fast and easy and made an aggravating experience a little bit better. It was also nice that I knew ahead of time how much the replacement would cost. The staff worked quickly and were very helpful to me and to all other people waiting on their own cars. I’m happy I went with them and now I will recommend them to everyone I know.

This was my second time using this Safelite location. The first experience went great, but this recent visit was more concerning. I arrived about 10 minutes early for my 8 a.m. appointment and was checked in around 5 minutes before. After me, another customer with an 8:30 appointment arrived, along with a few others. Despite being first, I noticed their vehicles were serviced before mine. I later learned my paperwork and key had never been handed off to the technicians, which turned what should have been a 30–45 minute wait into roughly an hour and a half. While waiting, I also saw at least three other customers who had issues caused by the same person — apparently the store manager. I’m not sure if he was new or just poorly trained, but the disorganization made me hesitant to use this location again.

UPDATE - Now that they have the information they need, they have informed that the $514 quote I was given is no longer accurate and that it would be $2,000.00. I will NOT be using Safelite. All of this should have been determined prior to an appointment every being scheduled and confirmed. If I could submit Zero stars, I would. The lack of/poor communication is abysmal for a company of such magnitude. Little back story -- My husband scheduled an appointment for me a week ago to have my back glass replaced on my Jeep Gladiator. He received confirmation of the appointment both via email as well as text and even ensured I received the same notifications, and added my phone number as well. I responded to the texts I received both last week and Monday (06/02/2025) confirming my appointment for Thurs. 06/05/2025, between 8-12PM. Fast forward to the day of service...I waited till a little after 11 before I started my inquiry as to the status of my appointment. Long story short, they had canceled my appointment. No text message was sent, no phone call was made. Just an email requesting further information and that the appointment had been canceled due to parts needed. Why accept and confirm an appointment if you don't have the parts...? Yes, I admit, we had ended up missing that email a couple days prior, but regardless, you would think if you were receiving text messages confirming your appointment, wouldn't you receive a text regarding cancelation? Or a phone call maybe following up if a response to their email had not be received? The point is the lack of follow-up & follow-through. And don't even get me started on even attempting to contact the shop directly. I spoke to 3 customer care representatives who all three tried calling the shop multiple times, and never once could get through. So it's safe to say that they're not too concerned with ensuring 100% customer satisfaction. Update thus far -- we submitted the information requested & are now waiting for an update on parts so they can reschedule the appointment. Honestly, I'm not sure if I want to continue with them at this point considering but as of right now, I've opted to see if they can rectify the situation. We'll see.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I went to Safelite to have my windshield replaced, and the experience has been frustrating from start to finish. After the replacement, my passenger airbag light came on, which was extremely concerning. I brought the car back to Safelite thinking they would take responsibility and fix the issue. They looked over the vehicle but claimed they couldn’t find anything wrong. I wasn’t satisfied with that answer, so I took my car to the Mazda dealership — only to find out that Safelite had failed to plug in a simple connector during the installation. Something so basic could have put me and my passenger at risk if I hadn’t followed up. To make matters worse, I’ve been trying to get reimbursed for the windshield for weeks now with no clear communication or resolution. I’ve sent multiple follow-up emails and still haven’t received my reimbursement check. This has been a total headache. Between the negligent work, the lack of accountability, and the terrible follow-up, I would not recommend this location or company to anyone. If you care about your car’s safety systems being reconnected properly, go somewhere else. Despite multiple contact attempts with safe flights manager Carrie and their costumer service I have gotten no response.
