The glass was installed properly. The gentleman that was installing the glass said they would clean up as much of the glass as he could, but I would still find glass around. I told the man that I already clean up as much as I could, but pick up whatever has fallen from the glass removal. I get my truck back, there is glass in several spots in plain view, not just in the cracks, (where i would expect it) but glass just laying there. So, he didn't even try to vacuum any glass out. This is a work truck and all vinyl, no carpet. Then I look and I see a screw and a clamp. It goes to the back door for the extended cab. Now I have to take it back so they can put that in. Nope, no one has reached out to resolve any issue. Now you are down to two stars.

Not much of a negative review as I canceled my appointment with them. Did a quote online and was shown my price was $475 (standard) excluding taxes and recalibration. I didn't confirm the appointment yet as I was still looking around getting my windshield fixed. The next day I received an email stating if I scheduled now, they would take $100 which would drop it to $375.90. I confirmed the appointment at that point. Got a third email updating me on the price with taxes and recalibrate. With the new price, it came out to $936, with recalibration costing almost $500!!! I didn't get my $100 off as the price went back to $475 and not $375. No way am I going to pay almost a $1000 for my windshield to be replaced. Ended up canceling my appointment and finding a place with 5 star reviews and charging me $568 including taxes and recalibration. Set up an appointment with for tomorrow, 12th. Safelite pricing was way to much. And not given the extra $100 mentioned in an email when I scheduled my appointment at that moment was pretty crappy on their part.

They showed up for a chip repair. Did the repair and it looked awful. When I asked why since I’ve had others do chip repairs in the past and they looked great and he said he didn’t have the UV light. He SHOULD HAVE told me first and gave me the option to reschedule or have someone else do the repair. Now I’m stuck with a crappy result. Of course Safeflite will simply say they will apply the sub $100 repair cost towards a close to $1,000 windshield replacement. Maybe that was their plan all along since the tech said they sent him out without the UV light he needed.

Safelite is not capable in replacing Subaru windshields. Do not let them fool you. Four Trips later and still could not Recalibrate the new windshield. They were going to need to get back in touch with my insurance company to get the approval to order a Subaru windshield. 4 Weeks later they are ready for me to make the fifth trip to replace the windshield. 1:00 PM appointment and your call will be ready between 2:30 and 3:00 PM. At 4:15 PM I had to call them to find out about my vehicle. Guess What they could not recalibrate the windshield. No worries I was told we are going to refer you to the dealership and let your insurance know. DON"T BE FOOLED....THEY CAN NOT REPLACE SUBARU WINDSHIELDS!!! Worst experience I have ever had in the service industry!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Very professional organization. Two technicians came out at different times to repair the drivers door window. The first tech discovered that the window was ok, but the regulator was the problem. He told me they don't stock them but if I acquired one they would return and install the part. A second technician was scheduled after I had purchased the regulator and did a wonderful job replacing the part. Both techs were very friendly, helpful and professional. Safelite will always be my 1st choice for window/glass issues and I will definitely recommend them to everyone.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I recently came to Safelite to get a rock chip fixed on my Acura MDX and they did a fantastic job. I really appreciate that they apply the cost of the rock chip repair toward any future windshield replacement—it shows they stand behind their work. From the receptionist who checked me in to the technician who worked on my car, the customer service was excellent. They’re also very conveniently located, which made the whole process smooth and easy. Yes, the cost is a little higher than the pop-up rock chip places, but the peace of mind is worth it. Their work is guaranteed, they’re reliable, and you know they’ll be there if anything goes wrong. Definitely worth it—and I would highly recommend them!
