Working with safelite was a breeze. They handled everything bmade sure i was well informed about what I needed to do and what I needed to wait on after. Consistant followup reminders, and resources given if there were any questions or concerns. Thank you for taking great care of us and our vehicle! It looks beautiful and was done promptly and perfectly!

Worst service ever! Don’t recommend. This company had my appointment for weeks. When they came to my house, they had the wrong windshield. Mind you they have the VIN number and model of car and make. The technician had to put the old windshield and it was all cracked this time. Today, is the day they are supposed to fix it but guess what? Is raining? So another lost day. I want my windshield replaced. How difficult is that?! Oh and insurance already paid them and I paid the deductible. Great!!!!! Have to drive my car with a cracked windshield worse than how it was. I even have pictures to prove it. The circle was how it was before and the after is all the cracks from yesterday.

The appointment schedule was done online, it was fast and easy and I knew exactly how much I was going to pay for the service. They were thorough with their process and everything was done smoothly and professionally. Their customer service were great! The guy who greet me offer me coffee and the choice of watching TV since I was waiting for my windshield to be done. Very nice gentleman. I would recommend safelite to my friends and family.

I had called my insurance company and filed a claim for my windshield to be replaced and requested OEM glass. The insurance company approved my request and contacted Safelite to make the appointment. When Safelite made the appointment I contacted them to check on the OEM replacement status. They indicated that there was no OEM in the request for service I double checked with my insurance and they confirmed OEM had been approved. I got back in touch with Safelite and the service supervisor resubmitted and confirmed OEM was approved and would be installed. Technician showed up on time in the scheduled window and installed the OEM windshield in appx 45 min. If you request OEM glass double check when your appt is scheduled

Excellent service from appointment to actual service. Michael was professional, courteous, and conscientious. He kept me updated on arrival time and was punctual. He expertly applied my windshield and wiper blades. It looks awesome! I am very impressed with the wonderful service and concise aftercare instructions. This is the second time I have used Safelite AutoGlass, and I will continue using their service. SUPERB service! Thank you, Michael!!

Because of Safelite AutoGlass's mobile service and their Amazing Senior Technician Michael Riemer, My windshield is no longer smashed and my van is safe to drive again. They quoted me an hour to do the whole process but Michael surpassed getting it done WELL under the hour that was quoted, he had me back on the road with my van in no time. Safelite AutoGlass's senior technician Michael Riemer was super efficient and his work was absolutely exemplary, he executed everything with precision and speed.
