I made an appointment and dropped my car off. Within 20 minutes, I was called stating the new windshield they had for my car was broken so they couldn’t replace it that day. I went back to pick up my car and the front desk person was clueless. I told them I needed to pickup my car because they couldn’t do it and reschedule. They said they couldn’t reschedule because their computer was broken. I rescheduled online myself for a week later. They confirmed my appointment multiple times through text. The morning of my second appointment they called me and stated the windshield they had for me was broken. 2nd time. I asked when I could get rescheduled for-i was told they didn’t know when they would get the windshield in and they would call me back that day. I got no call. The staff is unorganized. Why it wasn’t documented that the first was broken and a new one ordered is wild to me. I will be going somewhere else.

This shop does things right, some other Safelite locations do not. After a replacement by Highlands Ranch location, I took my vehicle to this location for their opinion of windshield sitting too low and the other shop using epoxy instead of replacing side molding clips on front windshield. Katherine immediately concluded and agreed that the windshield was lower than it was suppose to be and that clips should be replaced. Upon examination we saw that the clips were covered in what appeared to be only 1 part of epoxy that requires two parts. She said they would never epoxy side bezels/molding and proper thing to do is re-install windshield and replace clips. She suggested she would to the work under a warranty. I received no pushback like with the Highlands Ranch shop. Katherine was professional and the final result I was pleased with. No complaining or excuses as experienced at a different Safelite location. Thank you Katherine! I've let the DM, Ryan, know I was pleased with your professionalism and attention to detail. Cranky people at Quincy location could take some pointers from you in attitude and Highlands Ranch for your QC detail.

If I could give this place ZERO stars I would! DONT GO HERE. I had to spend a total of over 8 hours for them to fix a windshield on my car. I went for my first appointment which was scheduled for 12, they didn't even start until 3pm. The entire appointment should've been 2-3 hours. After sitting there for 5 hours, they advised they could not calibrate the vehicle and I will need to go back. I go back the next day for the calibration and after an hour they advise they still cannot fix it and I will need to come back for ANOTHER full replacement. The manager on duty advised she would give me $40 off the service which was a nice offer but I spent more than $40 on gas and 8+ hours of my life sitting there. Please note the $40 off was NOT reflected in the final bill that my insurance company was billed. I also saw numerous other customers have similar problems where no one communicated with them advising that their car was not fixable until after the customer had been sitting in the waiting area for a long time. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else, all these people do is windshields and they can't even do that right.

I made an appointment and made sure to show up early because I got about 5 texts telling me too. I get there and give my keys away and sit in the waiting room. I wasn’t told anything about wait times but overheard workers talking about a 3 hour delay. No one ever explained the situation and I was stuck wasting an entire day in the waiting room because of lack of communication. The totally wait time ended up being over 3 hours. I understand being backed up but had I been informed I would have chosen to reschedule and come back but since nothing was told to me I will likely never come back. I was glad to get an apology from the worker at the end though!

I've had 4 windshields replaced here and several times used their glass repair. I've always been pleased and have found they 'aim to please'. Most recently, and why I leave my first review, they replaced a windshield but there was a molding at bottom that I thought would be replaced with windshield. When it wasn't, they explained it's because it's part of a bigger part, not just the molding (called cowling). Not part of the replacement, they did offer if I buy one they would install - bigger job than just molding b/c it included windshield washer hoses & electrical. So I bought and brought back. They then found it wouldn't seat properly because the sealant for windshield would let it. They saw my frustration and offered to warranty the windshield job, pull it up & replace it to be able to fit the cowling/new molding on. All warrantied, no cost to me. Great service and again I left a satisfied customer. Special thanks to mgr Raul!

The work itself was fine, but the communication about the work was not. In short, I dropped by car off at 7:30 on the day of my appointment. At 3pm, I had not heard anything, so I called them. At that point, I was assured that the work would be completed by end of day, but after they close at 5pm. I did not hear anything again, so I called them at 5:30, at which point they said they were wrapping up the work and to come pick it up. The work was not done when I arrived, as calibration failed, causing me to leave the vehicle overnight and get it the next day. At no point did their team ever state that the appointment was "an all day" appointment, as I was assured multiple times it would be done same day. For others, do not select the drop off option - select a specific appointment time to ensure your vehicle is worked on that day.ServicesAuto windshield repair
