I called customer service about a week ago, explaining that the roof glass panel is in need of replacement. ( the panel in between the sunroof and the windshield. I asked the agent I wasn’t sure if they covered this or not, she told me if it’s glass, they would be able to fix it. I came to the shop. The hospitality was friendly but they never asked me what my issue was or what I was coming to fix. After about a two hour wait, my car was finished. When I saw my car, they replaced my windshield that didn’t need replacing and I left with the same issue I have and an aftermarket windshield I don’t need. My OEM windshield was also tinted and now that’s gone too. After speaking with the person at the desk, I was informed they do not fix the glass panel and it’s a body shop issue.

If I could leave zero stars I would. Two of our cars need glass repair. First Rav4 that needed a glass repair because large crack. Guy came but soon as got to our house he noticed the class was scratched. Yet he claims it was new. Now we have to wait another week for the glas. Or other car had a small chip tiny less dime down near the vent. I have had dozens of these repaired over life my various cars. First they canceled our first appointment last minute. Next the technician starts aggressively chipping away little chip. I never seen such aggressive hammering. Well I went do my stuff and comes to me and says the crack grew during the repair and the whole windshield needs to be repaired (surprise!!!!!) If hammer on glass that hard it’s going to crack more! We am have full glass coverage and I am sure this either a scam or just an incompetent technician. Go else where!!

Awful. Girl could barely hold a conversation on the phone, tried to get a whole bunch of info before just giving me a price and then quoted me the premium rate without bothering to tell me there were cheaper options (I had already looked online). She also couldn’t manage to estimate how much the tax would be. If their phone person is this inept and shady, I wouldn’t trust them to touch my car

I went here to get my windshield replaced after it cracked. I had to go to this location because of the special sensors on my Mazda CX-5. The service was slow and they finished right before they closed for the day letting me know that everything was recalibrated and all sensors were working correctly. Some time went by and my wipers and windshield rain sensors were not working properly. I had to go to Mazda to get it fixed since Safelite didn’t properly reinstall and calibrate my sensors and a part was missing. Although they claim to have a lifetime warranty, they would not reimburse me for their mistake that had to be fixed.NegativeQuality

Excellent service and very experienced team working here. They fixed my Tesla model 3 windshield replacement within three hours and Tesla dealership in Mount Cisco NY they gave me an appointment for almost a month later and they gave no time for fixing it and I have to drop off the car at their parking lot and they don’t know how long it takes to fix it, and I am 50 miles away from their place. Thank you.
