Safelite AutoGlass

I needed a front windshield replaced, and this Safelite AutoGlass was tremendously helpful. They were friendly on the phone, accommodating, provided great service, and had some nice touches that went above-and-beyond: they vacuumed the front driver's area, cleaned all the windows, and provided free refreshments in the waiting area. I was very pleased with the price (competitive with others in the market) and I am grateful I chose Safelite to take care of this work. Would absolutely recommend to a friend and will use in the future.

We had our insurance contact this business while traveling and we were very impressed with the entire process of working with this local business. From the beginning, scheduling, to the end results we were super happy with the entire process. The local crew were ALL super professional and friendly, the work was completed as promised and the overall experience was effortless for us. This place, these people & their service is awesome! I had my daughters windshield replaced with them. She picked up her car and, while driving home, she was hit by a stray rock from a car traveling in front of her cracking the new windshield! At the time she didn't realize what had happened but noticed the crack and called me on her way home. I immediately called safelite and they said to have her bring it back. She did and that's when we discovered what had happened (rock from car in front of her). They were just about to close when all of this transpired and it was a Saturday, yet they stayed open and fixed her car! I'm very grateful for the professionalism & customer care these folks provided us. We are forever customers. Thanks Safelite!

Excellent. Christine was awesome. Great customer service, personable people. Great communication. Helped me out in a jam before I got my glass appointment. I had been traveling across country when a freak, horrible experience happened in the national Park. Satellite made fixing my rear windshield on my brand spanking new car hassle-free and calmed me down. They were busy. My appointment from arrival to finish took about two hours. Well worth time and peace of mind. Quality service. They helped me out two times at the end of their shifts. Tusted them. Tey came through for me when I needed it most. Can't say enough good things about the people here.

Because of an issue getting the correct window at our local Satellite, we took our truck to this location while on vacation, to have the rear window replaced. The installation looked like a kid installed it. Not only was there a huge glob of black sealant showing, the headliner looked like it had been cut up with scissors. Add the numerous scratches to the paint and I was livid. After many, many calls with the manager who was extremely helpful and kind, the window was re-installed correctly here in VA and the truck taken to the body shop for repair. I was originally quoted $350, then I had a promo code that brought it down to $300. Thankfully for me I was going to pay in advance... When I went to check out the price went up to $416!!!!! I tried to ask customer service why, and she basically told me should wouldn't talk about it! Then told me to call an 800 number and ended the conversation!!!! I got a quote from another company for $250 out the door, but was willing to pay the extra $50 for them to come to me, but after the $116 price jump AND the rude customer service.
