I pulled up early one morning just as they opened so they were not busy at all. All I needed was them to fix a couple of rock chips in my windshield. The first thing he asked me is if I am going to pay with cash when I say no, and I’m going to use a card, he wanted me to pay $250 for this very easy and basic repair. So I quickly refuse the service knowing what a rip off this was and went right around the corner to the windshield Doctor where they quickly gave us the repair for $50 and sent us on our way. What a sad excuse for a big name auto glass repair business. Do not waste your time at Safelite.

would definitely recommend these guys for a windshield replacement - the quote they provided over the phone was what I was actually charged (no surprise costs as seem to be normal at other places), they were super quick (had the windshield replaced in just over an hour), and were very accommodating (able to find a time for me to come in when they could do it right away, rather than having to drop the car off and pick it up later or on another day). thanks for the beautiful new windshield!

Google reviews brought us to Advanced Glass and Trim, so I thought it was only fair to leave a review of our own. Aaron provided incredible, friendly service. We picked up a rock chip on our way to Jackson, but we’re only staying one night. We stopped on our way and they were able to help us right then and we were out the door in less than 20 minutes. Couldn’t ask for better service!

I've been using these guys for several years now and they never disappoint, but now they took it to a new level. On Monday I cracked my windshield and it was determined it needed to be replaced. I was going out of town on Thursday, so they ordered the glass, arrived on Wednesday and my car was ready by 9AM that day, and, done perfectly. Thanks Anders and Nick for all you do.

I'm not one to go over someone's work once it's done as I take their professional word for it, but I would absolutely look over their work before you leave their lot if you choose to get work done by them. I had my windshield replaced by them on my tundra and thought everything was fine. The first time I went to add washer fluid, when I popped my hood, plastic trim pieces went flying. I thought. "Huh, guess I'll go back and have them fix that". They haphazardly placed the trim back into their spots but it still didn't look right.... Later, I noticed a gap between the rubber gasket and the windshield at the bottom of the windshield. Made an appointment to have that fixed, left it with them for an hour and when I returned they said that "something had hit it after the repair, damaging it". Where the damaged piece is, something would have had to fallen from the sky, missed my windshield and hood, and perfectly hit the cowl (damaged part) without leaving any impact mark. They wouldn't hear me, they wouldn't own up to the mistake. Almost every retaining tab was broken and they wouldn't own up to their mistake. I was baffled.... I called my insurance company (State Farm) and they told me to go to another shop to have a second opinion. Cecils (other shop) confirmed that the installation was done incorrectly, the plastic trim that came flying off was in the wrong position on the truck due to the cowl being damaged on install. State farm will be charging Safelite for damages and my truck will be fixed with no charge to me. I work in the trades, own your mistakes, they happen, but own them and make it right or you will not have any business to own up to in the future.

Everyone there works very hard and does great work! They just don’t have the technology. Their leadership failed them. If you have any cruise control or lane sense don’t go to any safelite. I am currently 2 plus weeks into a large bill getting it fixed. And it can’t even be fixed by the dealer yet. Just go to your dealer if you need a new windshield.ServicesAuto windshield repairPrice assessmentGreat price
