Safelite AutoGlass

I arrived on time for my appointment at 10 A.M. he promptly got my CR-V in and started even with as badly damaged as my windshield was he still had the old one removed, the new one installed in just under an hour and a half. He was personable, polite, and he works hard. It's the only place I'll go now for auto glass replacement and repair.

Terrible customer service unless you like talking with a computer. Local company took 2 minutes to tell me they had one in stock and scheduled a time.

My windshield got busted/cracked by a truck getting on the interstate. Someone recommend Safelite so I looked into them and decided to go with them for the replacement. The site was easy to use and place my order through and pay ahead of time and set my appointment. The guy that did the work on my truck was very friendly yet professional and informative. He/they did a great job and I highly recommend them. Thank you David and thank you Safelite !

I was a few minutes late because I got lost and the gentleman was very kind He said that's okay I will work on your vehicle next. Explained what he was going to do and said I could wait in the waiting room there's coffee, wifi, and tv if I'd like to stay. Everything was done less than 2 hrs and there even was a vehicle in front of me he was finishing up. He was very knowledgeable, courteous and extremely kind. He made me feel important as a customer. Definitely recommend and will go back if I have any window issues in the future. Thank you to the employer who fixed my windshield. It looks amazing and the wipers are working great!!

Hard to find! The glass tech works out of the back of the Sears Auto Center beside the Cinema, not in the actual mall. You have to walk into the service bay with the vehicle lifts to find him. The Safelite van will be parked inside near the back of the service bay if he's there and not out doing mobile service somewhere.

The guys that work here are great. They replaced the windshield in my Camaro and they did a great job. They were professional and courteous and they took precautions to ensure my car wasn't scratched or dinged. Definitely a good place with great people.
