Amazing service! I recently used Safelite to replace my windshield ( 2012 HYUNDAI TUCSON), which had a large crack. The entire process was extremely smooth and efficient. I answered the necessary questions online to calculate my quote, and scheduled my mobile appointment that same day. Before the mobile appointment, I received text updates and a call from my technician, Richard, with estimates on when he would arrive. Since my schedule is so busy, I truly appreciate this communication! Upon his arrival, he explained the process and did the replacement in about an hour. Together, we checked the work to ensure top quality, and it looks fantastic. So easy, and fair pricing. I love the mobile service because it's so convenient - I highly recommend paying a little extra for them to come to you. Thank you, Richard!

I can’t speak to the “good value” tab because I went through my insurance. Overall, I have an excellent impression with Safelite auto in class in Lancaster. This is the second windshield I’ve had replaced by Safelite and it has always been done very professionally and very quickly. They even got it done quicker than the estimated time. The office is clean and neat as well as the bathroom which is also very clean and neat. The lady at the desk was very nice and informed. I feel I was treated with respect, and even the tech that came out to see the old windshield went over some things with me that was extremely helpful and useful. I was very happy because they even wiped down my dashboard while the window was out so that was very nice. Scheduling an appointment was easy and I got in pretty quickly. I can’t use high-pressure water to wash my car for two days and my poor car is filthy, but she’ll survive for a couple more days. Definitely five stars in my opinion. I was able to make my windshield replacement appointment online with ease. I received text messages explaining all the information about how to prepare for my appointment with plenty of time to execute the tasks (have fuel in the vehicle). The technician, Elpidio, called when he was about 15 minutes away from my home. The arrival time (9am) and completion (11am) was all within the 8am-Noon appointment window I was scheduled for. The Safelite in Lancaster, Ca sent a technician who really didn’t want to do the service of replacing my windshield in my 2021 Tahoe the excuse he gave me was he didn’t want to Recalibrate my windshield censors because I didn’t have stock rims on my suv. So I asked to talk to a manager. The technician called his supervisor and immediately started talking in Spanish. So they cancel my appointment I called my insurance and they immediately found De Leon Auto in Lancaster, Ca and they replaced my windshield and Recalibrated my censors and windshield camera . Everythingis working like new.

Set an appointment. If I requested first thing at 8am they said it is an additional $15 charge. They said if you request between 8-12, there would be be no charge. Cost was going to be $542 for the front windshield. They couldn’t get to me until a week and a half later. I went to Palmdale to Best Price Auto Glass they got me in immediately and charged me $250. I tried to cancel my appointment later. Try as I might you cannot get anyone on the phone to cancel your appointment. I’m just gonna let him show up to my house to replace my glass and say sorry I already had it replaced. I tried to get a hold of you. Your communication with customers leaves a lot to be desired. A whole lot to be desired. It was entirely frustrating.😡 I tried to call, I tried to leave a message, I tried to do it on the Internet as well. I just couldn’t do it. Guess I won’t be back.

Horrible experience. This guy named Denis installer came and looked pretty upset from the get go. He explained that the small crack in my windshield had over one hundred cracks..(lies) in reality I counted 9 spider web looking tiny cracks. Denis then said that even if he put that liquid inside the windshield crack, I would still be able to see it fully...I then explained to him that I had received an email from safelite where it shows it can still be seen only by maybe 20% . Denis then said something that shocked me completely. He said they send that video to get clients the hook but it's all lies... it's a fake video. Anyway, he recommended I replace the whole windshield which costs $690 cuz of the sensors on it. Denis insisted that he was a professional who's been doing this for many years. I then said I'd like to speak to your supervisor. Denis said yeah good luck with that, look it up on Google his name is Saul but you won't get through it's only robots nowadays, you will not get a human being to talk to you....I am beyond belief on this guy's unprofessional, unethical, rudeness to the point that I have let people know what safelite employees are like, this individual needs to be properly trained and retrained so that the next time he acts in a professional manner and to not ever badmouth the company that feeds you and your family and hired you. I'd never ever use or even call Safelite again, I'd never recommend them based on this Denis guy rudeness and unprofessional behavior...btw when I was trying to communicate with safelite with a manager on the phone this guy Denis just took off burning rubber like he had just committed a crime or may be he saw bigfoot or ICE.
