After my car was broken into I needed that driver glass cleaned up and that glass repaired ASAP!! SafeliteAutoGlass in Westminster gave me an appointment for the next day, but they helped me out that day by starting the clean up and wrapping the hole. They got the new glass in and finished getting the broken glass out of the door and installing the new glass in the door and made sure it all worked well. They even let me plug my car in while I waited to get started on the work. At every opportunity, the shop in Westminster made this horrible experience tolerable because they were quick, competent and humane. I am so grateful for their terrific service!

So a couple days ago driving home some rock or pebble hit my windshield I got a small T side crack. It didn't expand. I was looking online seeing when any appointments were available. Sadly the earliest avail wasn't until 12/7 so I drove to this location because it wasn't far from where I was gonna be having dinner soon and I was hoping for a walk up appt on the spot. The lady who came out to check if the chip was repairable said it was def repairable which is great! She said they had an opening at 3 pm if I could come back it was about 145 pm. I said I have nothing to do so I'll just wait in my car no problem! Around 215 josh came and took my car back! My car was in there at 2:18 pm and came out at 2:38 pm! 30 minutes and it was done! I'm so pleased with josh and the entire safelite team! And their repair is guaranteed if it does crack down the road the cost I paid today goes towards a windshield! You can hardly see the chip anymore! I'm so relieved! Thanks JOSH! great employees here!

Safelite “broken windshield wiper” SCAM. A tiny pebble hit my windshield and cracked it nearly all the way down the center. I called my car insurance and they said the entire glass had to be replaced and that I had a $500 deductible. I took it to the most affordable place I could find, which was Safelite who offered to repair it for just under $400. An hour after I dropped my car off for the windshield glass to be replaced, I got a call saying that my windshield wipers were broken too and would I like them replaced for $70? I laughed and said, “It was raining yesterday and my wipers worked fine. If they need to be replaced - it’s such an easy and affordable fix that I will do it myself for $20.” He said, “I can offer you a $10 coupon” I laughed and said, “So now you’re asking me if I want you to replace perfectly fine wipers for $60? No thanks.“ I hung up the phone. An hour later I got a call that the car was ready to be picked up. When I arrived, the woman in front of me said, “Did you add the $70 wiper charge to my card?” I said, “That’s a scam.” She nodded and said, “I know that now.” I said to the Safelite guy, “Do you call every woman and tell her the wipers are broken? The Safelite guy paused and said, “Corporate makes us ask everyone if they would like new wipers.” I said, “You didn‘t ask me if I wanted new wipers, you told me my wipers were broken and needed to be replaced. That’s different. That’s a scam.” It is not statistically probable for every car that needs a new windshield to also need new wipers. 92% of Safelite’s consumer affairs reviews are one star. They are not a BBB accredited business. Don’t fall for the scam! Ps. My wipers were fine.

Set an appointment to get my back window replaced. Come appointment time, they guaranteed my window would be fixed that day. Come to find out, they forgot about the molding. Which is an extra charge(that I've never been charged for, mind you. Now I'm charged an ADDITIONAL $90 cause someone dropped the ball), and has to be ordered from the dealer, which is set to arrive about a week later. Now I have to drive around with a missing back window, with plastic wrap on it. Everything should have been ordered PRIOR to my appointment date. The ball was definitely dropped. Headed to Yelp now to leave another bad review. Buyer beware! If you're stuck with these guys, make sure they're up front about all costs and that they have ALL parts needed BEFORE your appointment date. Picture below is of the new molding I was charged for. Safelite provided an amazing and convenience service when my rear windshield was shattered by thieves. I selected a home visit and There was a four hour service window, which initially concerned me. The technician called me early and gave me a tighter window of about an hour so that way I Could be prepared, which was really nice. The technician was really cool and provided a higher level of service than I was even expecting. He took amazing care of my vehicle. I believe that he really cared about my situation as a customer and made an already challenging situation easier to deal with. He was well prepared as well as well equipped to handle everything needed, and I was able to get back on the road by the next day after the incident happened. This is the second time I’ve used Safelite and the first time I use there service option to have a technician come to me. I highly recommend them for the level of convenience alone but the price is good as well. Be sure to ask for all of the pricing options when you book by phone so you can be sure to make a decision that really fits your situation.

I took my sienna in today to get my windshield replaced and overall my experience with Safelite was great. From the time I got there, I only waited 5 to 10 mins (though I got there before business hours) to check in..I had paid for everything prior (online) so all I had to do was review info they had, hand over my keys and come back when the vehicle was ready. After about an hour and a half, I got a call from Jose who was the technician that worked on my vehicle. Very professional and explained everything that was done and made sure I didn't have any questions. Thank you Westminster Safelite team for the great service experience.
