Salt City Auto Glass, LLC

As an auto collision service advisor, I wouldn't recommend any other glass service! they always come out the day I call to do the services I ask of them and in a quick manner. All the jobs I have them do are great quality. I have delt with several different glass companies and Salt City Auto Glass is by far the best I have used.

Very impressed with Salt City Auto Glass. They came to my work and fixed my many rock chips. Made it a breeze for me and my busy schedule. Excellent work, can’t even tell where the chips were. Very friendly and easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend them for you auto glass needs!

If I could give 10 stars, I would! Jason was so kind on the phone, arrived exactly when he said he would, was quick and did an amazing job. I definitely recommend him for any rock chip repair and or windshield replacement. Thank you for killin it and being awesome! -Brooke

Started good, ended bad. Had an appointment for late afternoon. Kept the car home all day for the appointment. When they didn't show up I called to see if there was a scheduling conflict. Said they came the day before but was told to reschedule. Convinced I intentionally snubbed them. I suggested that maybe they had the wrong address because I had waited all day with the vehicle at my home (I work from home). They didn't want to hear it and said they didn't appreciate me waisting their time. Very rude in the end. Shame.

If I could give 10 stars, I would! Jason seriously made my day! He was so kind on the phone, arrive exactly when he said he would, worked quickly and did an amazing job. I wouldn't go anywhere else for a rock chip repair/windshield replacement. Thank you Jason for being such an awesome human!

BEWARE!!! BEWARE!!! BEWARE!!! Save your time and money! 2 months ago we replaced the windshield. The mirror came off when my husband was IN THE PARKING LOT and took a layer of glass with it. The owner will not stand by his product/workmanship and replace it under his “warranty.” He claimed it was damaged by something hitting it. How could that be in the parking lot? He lied about never seeing this happen before, because his tech said he had seen it before. He claimed he called his supplier in the 2 minutes between our phone calls and said they wouldn’t cover the windshield either. He wouldn’t give me the number to his supplier. Suspicious?! He was EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional on the phone and even hung up on me! DO NOT GIVE THIS FRAUD YOUR MONEY!NegativeQuality, Professionalism, Value
