Superior customer service, amazing price, same day service. If I could give more stars I would. After having my passenger side window smashed when broken into, I called All Star Glass, who didn't have an appointment for 2 days. Tried Safelite bc, well, the commercials, and no appointment for a week. Called Sam's, and he called right back to tell me that yes he had the glass and quoted me a price that was less than HALF of what the other companies quoted. Headed over, no wait time, went and grabbed something to eat across the street, and by the time we were back, he was nearly finished. He cleaned out all the shattered glass, had great customer service skills, and was true to his word on the price! Sam takes precautions by only taking 4-5 clients/day maximum and none waiting at the same time. I've found my go-to shop for auto glass for myself, family, or friends.

No doubt the hidden gem of window repair and replacement shops out there. Sam is THE BEST at what he does and has the most honest and humble personality a person can have. He works hard and the results definitely show. Dont trust others because they’ll take short cuts and definitely don’t trust those big companies with their advertisement because you’re basically paying for their budget to flood the airspace with more BS ads. Sam gives the best prices with American made products! This morning a branch hit my car and cracked the front windshield. They were able to order and replace the window, all within 2 hours after I spoke with him. He offers the lowest prices and the ability to get it done same day in my case, while others quoted the same job for $100 or more than the price Sam offered. Great experience, definitely will recommend him to any of my buddies that need a window.

Car got broken into last night, called Sam this morning, he said he would order my window and it would be ready tomorrow. Sam got it in early today and called me. Brought my husband's car here after it was broken into. Other places quoted a new window for us between $209-270. We paid half that and the service is excellent. I made an appointment for noon but had a change of plans. I was able to bring the car in early and was taken care of immediately. I will be coming back here again if I ever need another replacement.
