I was genuinely impressed by how easy and stress-free my windshield replacement was. From the moment I scheduled the appointment to the final installation, everything was seamless. The independent contractor team were professional, punctual, and incredibly efficient. Let me not forget to mention, accommodating. Not only did they walked me through the conversation with the insurance company but they sent someone my way to calibrate my sensors after the replacement. They handled all the details, and all I had to do was answer the phone! My car looks great, and the whole process was quicker than I expected. I couldn’t be more disappointed. I’m on vacation and got a very large crack. Representative took my info booked me for Friday morning and I even had to prepay for the calibration and preheld my cc for the total price. It was scheduled for the next day and everything was confirmed. I even called the evening before to confirm. I called the next morning and the rep said oh there are some problems and we don’t have the glass in stock. No call ahead no text or email I had to solicit. Luckily I called safelight and they were able to get er done the next day. But damn if I hadn’t gotten that appointment I would’ve been stuck for an extra 2 days. Be wary of this company poor customer service and logistics.

Awesome job, came, was really professional, and knocked it out in around an hour. Will definitely call them for my other car.
