After a rock smashed my windshield on a Saturday night, I discovered that windshield repair places are not really available 24/7, my windshield had to be special ordered, and the dealer cost for the windshield and repair would be at a cost of $3.5k+, I found San Mateo Mobile Auto Glass, who promptly provided an estimate, ordered the window, and had it replaced in ~24 hours for 1/3 of the price. Great .45 minute job replacing my windrow motor-regular, the charge was over priced $235. for 45 minute installation. I bought the part needed. I need to report this after my watching and staying with technician and timing his job. This is called price gouging. Do I need to report this to BBB & Attorney Generals office? I appreciate the repair. Not the charge.
