I've got to say, this is a great family owned business! To begin, Shannon was very professional on the phone. I needed a windshield replaced on my Outback and she took care of everything as far as insurance was concerned. She even got them to replace it with an OEM windshield from Subaru (Thank You)! When I got there for my appointment, Rick met me in front of the shop. I was a little concerned and nervous since my car is still pretty new. Rick alleviated my concerns and told me that "sometimes you have to trust the professionals". Thanks Rick, that was good advice! Brian was very polite and professional. I was constantly kept up to date with what was going on every step of the way. He even apologized for taking a little longer than he thought it should have. (Really, it was no big deal). All in all, they did a great job and if I do have the need, I wouldn't hesitate to bring my car here again. There is a reason why they have so many 5-star reviews. I would recommend Santa Clarita Auto Glass to anyone without hesitation. Thank you Shannon, Rick, and Brian!

I rarely post reviews, but Santa Clarita Auto Glass most certainly warrants a 5 star. After procrastinating for months and months, the overbearing summer heat eventually caused what was a small chip to spread into a large crack that overtook half my windshield. After doing some research, I stumbled upon Santa Clarita Auto Glass and based on the overwhelming positive reviews, I decided to opt out of utulizing Safelite and went with Rick (and i am glad I did) . Even due to unforeseen circumstances that prevented them from completing the job at the time, both Rick and Shannon continued to follow up with me week by week from start to finish and assured me I was in the right hands. They also mentioned they service windshields for the local dealerships in the area which was a huge plus! I was in and out and am extremely satisfied with the meticulous work. It is seemingly rare nowadays that customer service catches my attention, but let me tell you these guys are genuinely there to professionally serve you.

Best auto glass in northern LA county, period. My truck was vandalized and I needed new glass ASAP. Tried Safelite and Primo beforehand, they only offered aftermarket glass and service was weeks out. Not only did Rick find me an OEM Carlite windshield and side glass on an early 2000’s Ford, he did it at a fair price and tight schedule. Even vacuumed up all of the broken glass for me. Very happy a year later. I’ve recommended others and they have all been happy as well.

Rick is amazing. I can't speak highly enough about this business and the owner. Before i mention the immaculate work they do i want to mention about Rick's integrity and honesty. He's not only a good businessman he's a good person. He cares about his customers and has their interest as a priority( you would think that's a given, but nowadays a lot of people don't care. They just want your money regardless of what's best for you-Not this business. Rick really cares). It was so easy working with him, with constant updates about everything and walking me through every step of the way.Not to mention that he deals with the insurance directly so one less headache for the customer. And we all know about insurances and what happens when they have to pay. In my case they tried to make it very complicated and difficult and changing a windshield ended up being a huge story and an experience. Rick dealt with everything taking the trouble away from me. Even when the insurance was trying to deny putting an original glass in my car he was willing to absorb the cost of the difference just to make sure he makes right by me and to guarantee the safety of my car. Having 2 little babies knowing that, is a very important element when it comes to trust people and do business with them. He put an original glass, he did an amazing job, he coordinated with the dealership to recalibrate my vehicle and he made sure everything went smooth. To get my windshield changed took a month and a half but that was because of the insurance and because the glass was in back order from the dealership that was not on Rick and even though, there was such a delay he kept notifying me and keeping me updated through the entire time. His job was flawless, when i got my car back it was like it never happened. If there was 10 stars for a review, that's the business that deserves it.

Blown away! Such professionalism! Rick and his son Brian were absolutely incredible! Just bought a Range Rover and picked up a chip in the windshield! Had to take it in right away.. Thought about DIY, but for this car, I wanted it professionally done! It's been practically removed! Rick was honest and transparent. Promised a 70% outcome, but it's more like 95% with barely a dot left.. I'm all about quality, price, service, outcome, and Santa Clarita Auto Glass checked off all the boxes! I showed up with no appointment. Rick the owner greeted me with such grace. Quoted me out lower than I expected and took care of the chip within 10 min! I've found my new home for glass repair and recommend you do the same! 👏🏼

This business is OUTSTANDING on all aspects of meticulous and perfect windshield repair, and very courteous and quick customer service. I had a VERY visible crack in my SUV's windshield - - possibly caused by a "BB" pellet. This was a big and very annoying visible crack directly in the line of sight. Thanks to Rick's "BEST OF THE BEST" expertise in windshield repair and his 30+ Years of priceless experience, that crack is now virtually INVISIBLE. After Rick's A+ repair, I can only find a BARELY visible and minor remnant of the cracked area, and I can only find that area IF I search for it very very closely. I do not see the crack at all while driving. CAUTION - - Because there are other businesses that use a name that is almost identical to the name of Rick's business, I made sure that I called "Santa Clarita Auto Glass" and I made sure that it is the business which has its ACTUAL OFFICE located in Valencia CA, at 28150 Avenue Crocker (located in a modern business park). I did a LOT of research on the various windshield repair businesses located in Santa Clarita-Valencia and in the adjacent San Fernando Valley. After much research, Rick's business - - "Santa Clarita Auto Glass" - - was my clear choice. Rick truly cared about making sure that his repair work on my SUV's windshield was perfect, and it is. Rick is clearly THE MASTER at windshield repair, and he performed the repair as if he was repairing his own windshield. Rick's son Brian was very courteous, and Brian provided careful and attentive assistance throughout Rick's repair. They both provided me with "BEST OF THE BEST" windshield repair and customer service. I have a 2nd SUV that I'll soon be bringing to them for windshield repair. I would not rely on any other competing business for something as important as the structural safety of my windshield. As a BIG bonus, I'm also NO LONGER annoyed and distracted when I look through my windshield, because now the crack is virtually invisible, and I do not see the crack while driving.
