My passenger side window was smashed in at my apartment complex. I was calling around all day and was getting quotes of insane amounts to replace it here.. I called these guys and they not only were inexpensive, but made it over within two hours of me calling. It took them about half an hour to swap out and they even vacuumed out my car.. At first I was impressed with the quick service I received but After a couple weeks my windshield that they replaced started leaking every time it rains and its going on 2 months and they keep saying they will send someone but never do because they are backed up but shouldn't a customer who has already paid come first? that's just horrible customer service and I'm still waiting for someone to come look at it

Carlos went above and beyond, even helping me move some large items in my yard that were too big for me to move on my own.
